Clean hotel with good staff. Great breakfast. Spacious room with nice facilities in the room.

Okay level hotel. The problem is gaps under and around door, which does not block noises of people walking and talking outside your room.

Hotel was clean and neat with large rooms. Great proximity to turnpike and freeway to Pittsburgh. Also close to good restaurants and shopping if you need it. If you know Monroeville, you can be caught in traffic at any time. The location of this hotel enables you to avoid it all if you wish to.

hotel was clean and from desk employee was very nice. In town for the football game.

The room was clean and the staff was very courteous. The room was noisy. . .I could hear people talking in the next room and people in the halls. The TV was located in a weird place. Hard to see it from anywhere but the couch comfortably. But overall, I liked the location, the cleanliness and the staff. Oh, and I had no WIFI and did not carry a cord to hook my computer into the jack so had to be without computer internet use for the weekend.

Just got a $30.00 charge on my credit card for this hotel. Not sure what it is for. Will call to follow up. Hotel and staff were great! Nice and clean, quiet room and lots of space.

The hotel was very good for my stay. The room was large and comfortable. Everything was available for use. I was there to attend my daughters graduation. I would book it again.

This hotel was well staffed, clean and within 15 - 30 min. of anything in Pittsburgh depending on traffic. The breakfast, although limited, was of good quality and the dining area was large and comfortable. The staff made this experience better than average.

this was the perfect stop for our family. The indoor pool was what sealed the deal. We wanted the kids to burn some energy after being in the car so long. The breakfast the next morning was great. Would definitely go back.

The room was large and had a great office space. However, our view was of the freeway and the only TV in the suite sat awkwardly in the space between the sitting area and the bedroom, making it an awkward angle for viewing no matter where we sat. Pluses include lots of space, mini fridge and sink area, pool, and refreshments/coffee in lobby. Minuses, this is not the SpringHill Suites by PNC Park, it is a 20 min drive and parking near the park is impossible. If you plan on going to a Pirates game, spend the extra money and stay at the one across the street from the park. We missed half of the game attempting to park our car and still had to walk twenty minutes to the field.

Decent hotel, excellent breakfast and it is close to UPitt.

I went to a pirates game and decided to stay here. It was about 15 min from the field which was fine with me. The room was clean, the amenities were great, bed felt amazing, and the front desk staff was friendly. Would stay here again

When the hotels near campus get full this hotel has been a reliable fall back. Only about 15 minutes from Pittsburgh downtown yet reasonable pricing, squeaky clean rooms, comfoirtable beds and great breakfasts make for a very pleasant stay.

Traveling to Pittsburgh several times to find a house. Have a small child in tow. Much nicer hotel for the money than we found by the airport. Very nice room, good quality breakfast, staff very friendly. Got the exact room we reserved (not the case where we have stayed by the airport.) They even had clean bed linens already in the room for the hide-a-bed. Would stay again!

Enjoyed my stay - well worth the price. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby.

Very friendly staff, very helpfull. Lots of extras, good breakfast everyday. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice, never were overcrowded.

My experience at this hotel was very nice and comfortable. Though I don't currently live in the city, I was born and raised in Pittsburgh I return at least once a month to visit with family. I prefer to stay at hotels rather than on a family sofa for a couple of nights. The majority of my family and friends reside on the east end of Pittsburgh, so I stay in Monroeville on the majority. I have stayed at many Monroeville hotels and this is my first stay with Springhill Suites. I will not only return to this hotel, but recommend it to others. My room was clean and quite comfortable. An in-room refrigerator and microwave are very important to me and though small, they were adequate for my needs. The nice touch is that the room cost includes a complimentary breakfast of more than coffee, cereal, and toast. To get a better breakfast, go to Bob Evans!

This was a really nice hotel and the breakfast was really good.

Was pleased beyond expectations of the suites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was prepared just right and plenty was available. The bed was very comfortable for an excellent nights sleep.

excellent! comfortable and clean. friendlyand helpful staff. great room for the price! would def. stay there again.
