There were hairs in the sheets and in the shower . I only stayed one night. They gave me 10 minutes originally to change my reservations to another hotel . But all local hotels were filled. I bought a set of sheets for the bed and Lysol. Then they charged my credit card an additional night. Would never recommend this hotel. Lots of transients and migrant workers live here

My room was not clean. There was hair all in the beds and shower. When I called the office for clean sheets they told me they only had clean towels and that housekeeping locked up the sheets so they don’t have any for times like this when housekeeping clearly didn’t keep house in that room. Also when I checked out I forgot a pair of my son’s shoes, as soon as I realized it (about 30-40 minutes after checkout) I called and asked if someone could check the room. I was told to wait til 10 when housekeeping comes in and they’ll check for me. 10 was 3 hours ago…..

They should double check the rooms first

The hotel is old but clean, the only bad part during my experience was that I booked a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and weed. I understand some people don't respect the property but at least they should have checked and do something to get rid of the smell. I couldn't sleep that night at all but they were booked so I had to wait until the next day to get a different room

The staff were not nice, the front guy (very young), was rude and no collaborative at all. The Genral Manager was a little bit better, my key didn't worked on the room assigned at the lobby, so he re-assigned another room on the same 3rd floor. The room was clean, but the wall was full of dust, so the AC was too. The towell hanger are almost to fall, no hair dryer, no iron, the tub has holes, and the shower was so low (I'm 6'1") that was at the same level of my chest. The elevator area smells like someone pee on a corner, and there's nothing walking distance, so get ready to grab your car to do anything. Also, early afternoons there's people drinking beer ouside the rooms. So my recommendation is that it's not a family hotel.

There is so much to say about how bad this was. *The bathroom was a mess which we didn't notice until showers the next morning. Stepping over a bathtub onto tile is one thing; however, the tub/shower is on an additional 6" platform which made stepping out of tub was 2-3x more dangerous. If that wasn't enough, the tub/shower had a leak and water was all over the bathroom floor which made stepping out (and down) extremely dangerous, and my wife, even with my help, almost fell getting out of the tub/shower-fortunately, I took my shower first and knew the hazard and was there for her to hang onto-when she slid, I was able to catch her. *The faux hardwood planks under the desk were warped and the sides were not level and peeling. *The front desk person was very difficult to understand and had to keep asking him to repeat himself over and over. *The freezer area of the refrigerator was frozen over with ice where there was ~ 1/4 inch if you needed to store something in the freezer (like an ice pack for travel). *The motel is within view of a major hospital, therefore, there were sirens sporadically through the night - this is just fyi and not the motel's issue. *2 positives-The microwave, although small, worked fine, and the motel is 50 yards through their parking lot from a decent restaurant. *Reviews had it as 7+/10 and the price was one of the lowest in the area. I don't know who did the reviews (an AI Bot?). ***Even if given a free stay, I wouldn't stay there again.

Faux hardwood floor under the desk area. The stay was to attend a funeral - NOT for leisure.
