This is a 2 star hotel and in relation to that rating the hotel is perfectly fine. The check in person although prompt did their job checking us in and that was about it. The room itself is spacious enough but its a 2 star room, so the furniture is worn, not on trend and the colors used in the room are overly bold. The bathroom had mould to the ceiling and again was a little tired looking. The linens and towels were not "new" white and was obvious they were well used. The bed linen in particular had been washed but the marks will never come out. The bed was very comfortable! I felt safe at the hotel and there was little road traffic noise. If this hotel painted it's rooms a neutral white to the roof & taupe walls and got some new clean linen it would be a huge improvement.

The room was very dirty. I couldn’t take a shower due to the amount of dirt and dinginess of the tub and surrounding walls and area. I had to buy bleach cleaner to clean the toilet sink and countertop just to be able to touch the sink. The towels and wash clothes were dirty and dingy. They still had dirty streaks on them as if the loads are too big for the washer. I got 2 spider bites one on my right knee and right arm near my elbow. I suffered from the itching and uncomfortable of the spider bites since last night. Had to buy medication to shrink the swelling. Housekeeping came to my room ro clean and I was not feeling well and refused cleaning (I already cleaned the room with bleach) the housekeepers proceeded to come in the room despite my request to not clean it. Left the door open and all the cold air was rushing in. I had to ask them to leave my room tow times. I will never stay here again.

When we check in our room the sheets was dirty and had hair in the bed the room felt dirty they moved us and the room was ok we went and got our blankets to put on the bed never will stay her again

The room was quiet and comfortable. Everything that really needed to be clean was - toilet, sink, fridge, sheets. Other things not so much. There was quite a bit of other people’s hair on the floor and walls, trim and caulking were stained and/or scuffed. The electrical should probably be looked at, too. The tv would randomly speak a sentence or two when shut off and unused for 20 plus hours, followed by hammering white noise until I turned it on then off again. Perfect for Monroeville if you are into that kind of thing. I think that I got value for the money.
