Booked a room last minute for two nights. The room was nice clean and roomy. We were able to find a great number a good movies to watch as a family. The staff was extremely friendly and nice. We had a great stay!

We booked specifically for the pool , no where did it mention on the site it was closed due to Covid - also horrible staff - hotel parties in multiple rooms on my floor , kids running back and forth down the hallway , LOUD music blasting on a speaker on the floor above us - and doors slamming incessantly till roughly about 3 am . Went to talk to staff in the morning ( Sharon) who said clearly she wasn’t there for the night shift so there was nothing she could do and didn’t want to “POINT FINGERS” - after paying over $900 for TWO NIGHTS - I AM POINTING FINGERS !! Horrible customer service !

No hot breakfast- only a bag with water, apple, and granola bar. No maid service AT ALL during stay! One bar of soap, one coffee cup, and one bag of coffee for two people for a two-night stay. Bedside table ways dusty- hardly seemed cleaned, let alone “sanitized”.... Was told to throw dirty towels into hallway in the morning for pickup since no one will come into room to clean. Really?? Surely you can find a better way to keep your hotel clean while also keeping guests safe!

Everything was just fine, especially considering the pandemic conditions.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time so we were upgraded to a view from the waterside. The one disadvantage was not being able to enter the hotel through other entrances once you were a registered guest and had a key card for the room. Otherwise the room was Clean and Comfortable with a great view.

Super convenient to the GAP trail (crosses the driveway), and the Riverfront.

Right now I know things are a little different because of Covid-19 but things could be a little better. One of our beds the sheets were dirty and didn't smell clean.

One bed sagged quite a bit. Suggest some new mattresses .

Like the location, many shops around. Don’t like the bed, especially the comforter cover, looks so dirty.

Very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay here again.

The service was great. Staff was friendly. Pool was small and cold. Breakfast area was over crowded. Not enough room for families to sit.

Breakfast was ok, it was free. Swimming pool was super dirty and no hot tub

Clean comfortable lodging with decent breakfast buffet. Loved the all-day hot beverages available in the lobby.
