The amenities of this property were amazing. Their policies and inability to be accommodating to customers was terrible. Not very friendly staff except for the valet staff.

I loved this hotel so much! It had such a nice vibe, almost 70’s modern, very thoughtful and unique. We had the best corner room on the 9th floor, beds were super comfy and very clean. The are around hotel was safe and close to everything, we walked to everything from PNC stadium, to the strip as well as the incline. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They even had an acoustic set one night which vibed great with hotel theme. Highly recommend.

The ac did not get cold and made a loud noise everytime it kicked on. The room was hot all night long. Vallet would not guve us the keys to the car so we can access it to get our bags out. We had to wait till it was convenient for them to take us toour car.

Nice hotel

It was an amazing hotel. The only thing that we didn’t like is the fact they charged for everything. Parking was a little pricey. Valet was pretty quick to get our truck though. Staff were nice. Had a cute little area where they had a record player and you could listen to music. We ordered room service but we had to call and check to see when we would get it. The only complaint there was the burger was a bit too charred. The chicken strips were amazing even though there were only 2. We would definitely stay again.
