This was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and modern and up to date. We reserved a small room but it was just fine for my wife and me. The location was just a few minutes drive to U Pitt campus and much less expensive that hotels on or near campus. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was OK, but not overly friendly. Something to work on. One thing we loved, and I can’t overstate this, was the TV was set up to select the guest’s favorite streaming service with their own user account snd password so we could watch one of our favorite shows. This should be standard everywhere! Overall I would recommend this place and will stay here again.

Our room was SO tiny! The toilet had dried urine around the base. We could hear the alarm clock of another guest through the wall repeatedly going off. Front desk claimed ignorance about both cost of parking and restaurants not affiliated with hotel. The parking attendant also told me he had recently been released from jail (a strange and significant overshare.)
