Amazing location, beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Parking was a bit confusing (third party remote garage). Check in was easy, have the Marriott app so checked in the day prior. Added additional names to the room with no issue. I will say, the rooms are a bit small for a standard 2-queen, but the bathroom was pretty big with two separate areas so that made up for it. Internet capabilities on the TV weren't working (we even called the front desk to ask) so we weren't able to watch netflix or listen to music which was a huge bummer. Sink water would NOT get cold. Ordered additional towels and they arrived super quickly. Elevators to leave on Sunday checkout took FOREVER but thankfully there is a back set of elevators that most people must not know about because they came empty quickly and got us out. Would probably stay here again if we had a higher floor, we were only on 5.

Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was also very nice. The only downfalls were that there is no on site parking, valet only ($51/night) or a garage ($35/day) which was disappointing. And the building is quite old so the elevators are about a 5 minute wait each time you need to call for one.

Friendly staff and the location was perfect.

Liked everything except limited dining and the traffic congestion where hotel is located made it difficult to get to hotel and pull up in the entrance driveway.

The housekeeping is horrible. I stayed on the 15th floor for 5 nights. I ran out of towels and the garbage was full. My room was skipped by housekeeping for 2 days. Even after I complained to the front desk nothing was done. I ended up having to speak to a manager. Also the table by the elevators was nasty with cookie crumbs all over it, and the carpet needed vacuuming in that area also. The maids carried themselves in a lazy manner and obviously did not care. Felt like i was at a cheap motel.

Great place for the price

Friendly staff, clean rooms & great location

In the heart of downtown, convenience, close to public transportation.

Amazing location and staff was helpful storing luggage, etc. Not very tidy or clean. And i don't appreciate the different check-in counters, side by side, one for people with 'status' and another for people without 'status'. Also did not like the interior design. Marriott should be able to afford to hire the best design talent in the world! And it was far from it.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and in a great location with the front desk staff seemed a little put out at times when we approached them for assistance.

This hotel was great, historic, and centrally located to so many attractions and eateries.

The property is beautiful and very clean. I didn't like the fact there was no room service for coffee in the morning

Property was clean, safe, and staff was friendly.

The staff was great. Everytime we requested anything the staff took care of it.
