This property was is really rough shape - the walls were stained, the furniture was severely chipped and in old, worn shape. With that in mind, it was pretty clean, but it was disappointing to see how old things were and just not well maintained.

Bad luck

The hotel staff are WONDERFUL but had to deal with a terrible situation: NO RUNNING WATER for hours of our stay (we were travelling with young kids -- no functional toilet, bath, tap for multiple hours) and the refrigerator in our (over-priced) kitchenette was non-functional. Room curtains torn/shredded (how is this acceptable by house-keeping? is anyone actually looking in the rooms?) They brought a new refrig and eventually, the water came back, but we will never return.

Ruined Valentine’s Day!

Ok hotel, terrible experience! Hotel room smell intensely like VOMIT! Hotel was fully booked so they could not offer me another room. I was supposed to receive a call from hotel management in the afternoon after my check out but it didn’t happen. I am expecting my stay to be comped as it ruined Valentine’s Day for my wife and me. We check out as soon as we could in the morning, both of us absolutely nauseous from the smell.
