Employees were friendly, the bed was comfortable, the complimentary cookies are tasty, and the location seems nice. Parking is pricy and a bit quirky in a shared garage. I suppose that is typical big city style. The hotel seems a bit old and the room and bathroom could use a little sprucing up.

Location was good as we were going to see The Wiggles right across the street at The Merriam Theater.

We were given a room for disabled people and shower not raised at all. Resulted in very messy bathroom with wet floor. I am happy they have rooms such as these for people who need them, however they should have disclosed this to us at and/or checkout with option to decline.

The location is good, it’s walking distance to the historical sites in Philadelphia and also to the Love park!

The ac was very loud but the room was nice and staff was friendly

The parking garage is horrible. You must take a tiny, creaky, unventilated elevator down a lonely hall way to get to your car.

It was very close to the Broad street subway line and within walking distance to many attractions.

I loved the location, it was just a few blocks away from all the historical sights!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Thanks

Horrible property spread this on the internet staff is not customer friendly

Location was great! The rooms neat and clean. Staff gracious and friendly. Only thing we didn't care for was the bathrooms are a little dated.

Didn’t care for parking option. Third party and very tight.

Location, comfortable room, clean. The hotel was quite busy and it seemed like they could have used more check in and check out staff.
