Great location. Easy access to subway. Helpful staff and comfortable room.

In town to visit. The hotel was close to person we were visiting. Clean rooms. Nice hotel bar

Great location and nice hotel. On the down side, it is rather expensive, and breakfast is not included, which is also expensive. Parking is convenience, but also expensive. See a theme here? A three-day/two-night weekend in Philadelphia shouldn't cost nearly a grand, but it did.....

We went to Electric Factory and the Yards Brewery...cool stay

Fantastic location that is within most major sites of the city. The staff was great and very accommodating. We were staying in a corner room that had an awesome view of broad street and city hall. These are the rooms to request for a great view. However, you will hear every car, ambulance, police car go by at night. The room was comfortable and nice but had a few minor issues, such as a rusty bath tub and cracks in the ceiling. There was a pull out sofa in the room but no extra blanket or pillows in the room for the pull out. Overall, these are minor issues and I would recommend the hotel.

Stayed in room 1608. The elevator cables behind my room made the room sound like a freight train all night long. I got absolutely no sleep whatsoever. I complained to the manager and they told me that they can't give me a refund because I went through Orbitz but offered me another free night stay that expires in one year. The manager was very standoffish and uncaring. Never apologized. Would never stay at this hotel. The free warm gooey chocolate chip cookie isn't enough!

Disappointed in check-in process, unable to accommodate requests, esp. because of orbitz reservation rather than through hotel website. Experience after check-in, very good. Friendly staff, NY party favors,. Limit outside visitors during parade to purchased wristbands to keep lobby crowds to a manageable size.

Great location on Broad St. w/friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely return!!

Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. Location is perfect.

Everything was great. Would recomend it as a family hotel. Close to points of interests.

I had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff was very helpful, the location was good, near restaurants and theatres and transportation.

Great location on Avenue of the Arts. Large room and friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, ideal location to walk to tourist sites nearby, several food options nearby. Room was great overall, but remote control to turn TV on didn't work. Called maintenance to replace it. Bathtub was slow to drain after shower, taking 15 minutes to drain. Minor glitches in an otherwise excellent stay.

The front desk was very helpful and let us check into our room earlier than 4pm. Beautiful view of center city! The staff was wonderful!

Was in town for only a couple of days but found this hotel to be a great value. The staff were very helpful and the room was large and well appointed. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to the reader.

Only complaint is the room had spider webs in the window ledge area, big enough to tell the area was neglected for awhile. Floor wasn't vacuumed very well. After 1st day they seemed to clean the room better than when we checked in. Other than the cleanliness which wasn't horrible, I just didn't expect to see spider webs. The hotel it self overall is nice and I would stay there again.

Been attending an annual event at the Doubletree for five years now. It's affordable, nice, friendly staff, and in a great spot in the heart of Center City. I look forward to staying there every year.

The location is great. We were in the middle of the city. We did a lot of walking. Staff was great and friendly. Hotel was very clean. The pool was ok, very small no hot tub but we did not go there for the pool. The view out the room was awesome! It felt like we had a corner room. Loved the hotel and would definitely would stay at a Hilton again!

Room was very clean. Highly recommend allergy free room. Great view.

Perfect location for theaters, shopping and sight seeing.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that we were not permitted to alter the reservation you made through Orbitz. The wristband process that we implemented was put in place and enforced for that very reason. We appreciate your visit.
