DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Center City

3.5 out of 5.0

Only complaint is the room had spider webs in the window ledge area, big enough to tell the area was neglected for awhile. Floor wasn't vacuumed very well. After 1st day they seemed to clean the room better than when we checked in. Other than the cleanliness which wasn't horrible, I just didn't expect to see spider webs. The hotel it self overall is nice and I would stay there again.

Been attending an annual event at the Doubletree for five years now. It's affordable, nice, friendly staff, and in a great spot in the heart of Center City. I look forward to staying there every year.

The location is great. We were in the middle of the city. We did a lot of walking. Staff was great and friendly. Hotel was very clean. The pool was ok, very small no hot tub but we did not go there for the pool. The view out the room was awesome! It felt like we had a corner room. Loved the hotel and would definitely would stay at a Hilton again!

Room was very clean. Highly recommend allergy free room. Great view.

Perfect location for theaters, shopping and sight seeing.

Highly recommend for the price & location. Staff was friendly. Room was nice and spacious with all expected amenities (fridge, iron, coffee pot, hair dryer). Philly is a very walkable city unless you're going to the sports complex as we were.

Nice hotel close to about everything. Had a nice time. The room could have been a little cleaner. There was an old banana peel under the desk but other then that our stay was great. Would definitely go back.

A very comfortable hotel My only complaint was that they supplied toiletries for one in a double room. This was quickly corrected.within a block of theaters and the symphony.

The walls are paper thin, not enough towels, not enough soap. The staff was great.

Great location. Walking distance to Ave of Arts, City Center, Rittenhouse. Pretty lobby, spacious and clean rooms. Will stay again next trip to Philly.

Very convenient to shopping, shows, and great food establishments.

The staff were very friendly, especially those working in the bar restaurant. It was disappointing that they did not offer early check in because we had to wait until 4PM to get into our room and even then, it was not the kind of room we were booked for so we had to switch the next day. The room we did get was next to where the housekeeping staff got their carts and take it from me--they do not shut doors, they SLAM them so all we heard for the next 4 day were slamming doors.

the room was nice and clean, the front desk personnel were very friendly and pleasant. The only thing I didnt care for was the noise coming in the room from the hallway, early morning. seemed someone was opening and slamming the same door over and over again.

I enjoyed my stay apart from the construction outside. My room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable.

Great hotel off of Broad Street with excellent parking! I was even able to stay in the garage until I was ready to leave

staff could not have been more helpful and courteous. totally enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed here several times and will continue to do so. The staff is excellent.

Room too old. Need renovation in the room and bathroom.

Perfect check in, stay, and check out. Nothing to complain about.
