The room was clean sheets were clean pillows were clean have no issues at all with cleanliness of the room. 1970s style dresser was haunted three of the six drawers on it would not stay shut and made it very inconvenient to walk around. I wanted to duck tape them shut but my wife wouldn’t let me. Tried hanging a towel in the bathroom and the rack fell off the wall. For your money you get a room and absolutely nothing else realize I’m in downtown Philadelphia. However, if you wanted a free cuppa coffee you had to make it in your room and even then I had to call and ask for more coffee to be delivered to my room and they brought me enough for 2 cups. A room service cart sat outside of a customers room for more than 24 hours before anybody eventually picked it up all of the luggage carts were stored in a closet, and it was impossible to get one had to carry all of our luggage from our room to the lobby and over to the parking garage both involving lengthy elevator time. Had to go from floor to floor to floor to find a working ice machine eventually one of the counter people reluctantly got us some ice and we did eventually find one working ice machine on the 10th floor. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for $79 a night.

The location of this property was right in all the action. Walkable to most tourist sites. The staff could have been a little more friendly since they are in the hospitality business (the way the gentleman checked me in, he would speak as though I should already know everything about parking and the facility). The room itself was a great corner room with the view of Broad St. Would recommend for any type of travel.

Disgusting lobby with homeless and transienrs. 1 desk clerk at rush hour. Tip greedy staff who are unhelpful. Homeless living in farage. Cockrosches

This hotel is very outdated and there was an issue with the toilet as well as the vents being dirty

We had cockroaches and other little bugs in the bathroom. The bathroom did not seem clean at all. Was disappointed for the price what it was.

Thanks

This was my third time staying here when visiting my family in the Philly area. The location is superb if you want to do fun stuff in Philly like see sights and go out to eat. The staff are super welcoming and helpful. Some guestrooms are starting to show some wear and tear. It's nothing major, and the rooms are very clean but you may notice it.

Very nice hotel but the vanity under the sink was damaged when I arrived. Staff came the next day to fix it. Very friendly staff

Great location. Dated property, but if you’re looking for convenience and not luxury, it’s a good find.

Nice downtown location.

I love the beds, very comfy. The location is great for walking to the surrounding are.

Was a good stay for the two days I was there.

Early check in available at 11AM.
