Nice, updated place with off street parking

The property is as described. There is room for one vehicle behind the house in a personal driveway in an alley, which is nice. Especially if you have children. The inside is very clean and updated with some nice features (speakers in the ceiling, lights where you can set the brightness, Alexa that can turn the lights on and off). We had two issues. One was the banging next door. It is a townhouse, so you are connected to another place. I'm not sure what they were doing, but it was loud like somebody was running and just banging at 1:00 AM. It was only one night that we heard it. The other issue is the A/C doesn't work that good upstairs. Mainly in the master bedroom. It's great downstairs and not too bad in the other rooms upstairs. But it was pretty warm at night in the room I was staying in. A little hard to sleep. I wouldn't let either of those small issues stop you from staying here. I have family 30 minutes away and next time I come up, I will try to get this place again.
