We arrived at the hotel early and they allowed us to check in early. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, nice view and larger than we expected. The hotel is in a city and centrally located to all tourists attractions - very walkable city.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything about the hotel was great, very clean, staff was great, great breakfast, location and parking! We traveled with our 3 year old and 3 month old and the room was perfect, great view and even new sheets for the crib. Very very impressed by this hotel. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again!
Great hotel, staff and location
All staff- from the valet to front desk and housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and helpful; very responsive to your needs. The breakfast was beyond standard dry cereal and muffins. Rooms were very clean; the kitchenettes were clean, spacious and functional.
Valet parking, great skyline view.
Good= area close to all walkable, service. Real Bad= hole in wall in upgraded room, large yellow stains on bed, food drippings or other on curtain, holes on bed lining and woke up to bed bug bites. For the $400 i paid I thought the room would be in better shape but instead I feel like I was ripped off and deserve a refund. Parking is overpricee at $60 as well. There were parking lots bearby for under $20.

The staff was amazing, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The property itself is gorgeous. The room was clean with and awesome view. Definitely will be back.
Great hotel in a great location.
The hotel was fairly clean, but I had some issues with no power for a couple of lights and loose door handle, although these were quickly fixed once I talked to the lobby.
