Great location and Mia at front desk was very personable and helpful

Fantastic location, close to everything. Staff was friendly

Very nice hotel and great location. We walked from the river ferry to the hotel at 2:00 in the morning and felt very safe.

The best thing about this hotel it’s proximity to historic landmarks. Front desk staff not helpful at all and seemed bothered by the hotel guests. Upon check in I asked about staying an additional night, since my plans had changed. Without looking, the front desk person said they were full. So I looked online to find another place for the additional night. The hotel was available. Seems like it was just too inconvenient for them. So I booked another night online, paying additional fees and moved to a different room. I wished later that I hadn’t stayed that additional night and had gone to a different hotel. The ice machines weren’t working on either floor, and the vending “grab and go” section in the lobby wasn’t stocked. I got a couple things I needed and was charged differently than the prices posted. If you want a hotel near landmarks then this is convenient. If you want a good guest experience, there are plenty of other hotels also nearby.

Nice hotel Clean. Comfy beds well equipped

Mold in bathroom

Everything was fine.

Safe neighborhood, parking right next to hotel, extremely friendly and accomodating staff, breakfast at the restaurant was excellent food, beds were very confortable, rooms pretty quiet and did not hear much noise from other rooms, right in the old city near famous attractions.

No hot water the first night or any day/night after that. Staff explained that they serviced their water tanks and were sorry for the inconvenience. Got my bill of over $800 for this nightmare. Also, bed felt buggy, took the covers off to check, couldn’t see anything first two nights, found some extremely small creepy crawlers early this morning. Can’t wait to get out of here.

Great location and staff!

Rude invasive and profiled me accusatory and unprofessional and harassment front desk staff

location

Very close to Liberty Center

Good location

Friendly

Property is optimally situated for doing almost anything in the city of Philadelphia. It was easy to get to and they had in and out parking available directly adjacent to the hotel. So basically you could have a car and use it if you wanted to and not use it if you didn't. Property is clean and modern.
