I stay at this property frequently, and have never had a problem. I usually prefer when a light breakfast is offered with a stay somewhere, but there’s plenty within a few steps from the hotel.

Great location! Mostly friendly staff and awesome pool.

Good value. Great staff. I appreciated the coffee cream and chamomile tea. The bar restaurant is decent. Well located for tourism. My only gripe is that I’ve never in my life slept on a bad that soft and with such enormous pillows. Not good for my back. Rooms need updating, like with usb chargers and new wallpaper. But, for the price, good hotel.

I wish there were a hot tub. The workout equipment screens offered no viewing options other than machine controls and the only tv in the room was behind the line of machines.

Expensive parking, dirty toilet, noisy air conditioner, faulty TV.

Location to historical sites was excellent. Staff was very friendly. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No restaurant or continental breakfast in hotel.

ONLINE THEY ADVERTIZE A BUFFET BREAKFAST THERE IS NOT!!!! UNLESS THEY CALL A SMALL ROOM WITH PREPACKAGED FOODS FOR OUT RAGAGES PRICES A BUFFET??? THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT IS WAY OVER PRICED THE AC UNIT IN ARE ROOM KEPT STOPPING IT DID KEEP THE ROOM COOL BUT JUST BEARLY THE OVER ALL HOTEL IS SUM WHAT OUT DATED.. THE PARKING WAS OVER PRICED!! THE HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO ALOT OF THE MAJOR ATRACTIONS THAT IS A BIG PLUS THEY WERE IN WALKING DISTANCE

There was hair all over the bathroom that was not mine. There were water stains on the ceilings. Front desk staff has no idea what they were doing. I was told I was being upgraded to a deluxe king (which is just their standard room), and was going to have complimentary breakfast. However, the manager Sarah never gave me the vouchers. I only learned I needed vouchers when I spoke to the evening manager Melvin. I was then charged an extra $150 that Wyndham says they didn’t charge me but it is clear as day on my CC statement. Still trying to get that rectified. Oh and the fire alarms went off almost every day once at 5:30am which was not a nice wake up call. Just stay away, really a bad experience.

First room had been smoked in but staff immediately provided 8th floor alternative. Would like to see complimentary coffee/tea. Emergency evacuation alarm/loudspeaker went off at around 5 a.m. requiring all occupants to descend stairs onto street and await FD. We were allowed to re-enter w/o explanation only to have the same alarms go off and evacuation occur about two hours later. It is reasonably priced and within easy walking distance of Independence Halll and other Rev War historic sites. I would stay there again after calling to confirm alarm malfunctioning has been corrected

Upon arrival I was happy to see they had a parking deck but unfortunately it was over 30 dollars plus 22% tax a night to park there. When we got to our room my son went to use the bathroom there was a long hair on the toilet seat and toilet paper debris in the bowl. Gross. I found more hair in the beds and shower. My 2 year old found an old earplug on the floor and I was shocked to see one of the pillow cases had a blood stain on it. The room was dated and the furniture was in bad condition. The absolute worst part of the trip was there was a fire alarm malfunction and we had to evacuate the building TWICE! Once at 5 am the next time at 8. Never staying there again you’re better off at a motel.

Proximity to Penns Landing was great! Check-in was easy. Room was clean and bathroom was spacious. The only downfall was there is a privacy curtain on the window, but you can’t shut the regular curtains to darken the room.

Terrible. Blood spray on the bathroom wall. Vending was nonexistent, pool area looked like a bomb went off and the bar staff was completely unprofessional when I brought my child down for a late snack. Condescending and rude overall. Do not spend 1 dollar on these chains.

Property was close to historical sites and restaurants.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Had some issues with parking and they were resolved quickly. Restaurant staff was also very friendly.

No hair dryer in the room. Very loud street with fire station, cars honking etc. coffee was not good.
