Front desk was helpful by telling us where to see attractions, which were all in walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tracy at the bar was exceptionally nice.

Selected a upgrade. Had a super small and not to mention SMELLY room !! For sure needs upgrading overall in rooms. Staff was great, location was great.

The rooms need some fixing up but for one night it wasn’t bad. Close to the Liberty bell.

Grteat location :It is close to many historical sites in walking distance.

The most frustrating thing I would say!! Would be the parking garage. How you have to park walk to the elevator then take the elevator to the main lobby then walk to front of the bldg to be able to get in. If you have a room and are given a key (Card) there should be a door access to that floor. But overall VERY nice setup and clean

Everytime i left the room my key was deactivated

Unfortunately our room had no hot water so after showering in cold water, we called the desk who sent up an engineer. They could not fix the issue so we had to pack up and move to another room. Other guests in the hotel had the same issue. Thankfully the staff was very friendly and our issue was quickly resolved.

Located close to freeway and Liberty Bell

I liked the location. A short walk to the Liberty Bell.

It was walking distance to most historic sites. Staff was not forthcoming with information on use of parking garage

The room was clean, but there was no coffeemaker. The ice machine was broken. There was no restaurant.

Morning staff was not friendly. Nice place close to the historical tourist spots

The rooms are clean and staff was nice I have no complaints

Great location and accessibility. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A couple of things that bring this rating down.... no hot water in the shower and no real hand soap during a pandemic, only a body bar of soap in the room. Hand sanitizer was in community areas, but it would’ve been nice to have actual hand soap to use in the room.

It’s a great location for historical landmarks under normal circumstances.
