Room was clean, Staff was excellent. Make you pay for parking $35 for the day which is very expensive in my opinion. Furthermore, I was one minute past expiration of time at garage and was charged another $25 Wifi was difficult to get onto to. Parking is a factor in my decision to return there in the future as I do go to Philly quite often. Hotel was convenient to all the major attractions.
This hotel is wonderfully located if you're looking to explore the Old City- Ben Franklin is buried steps away, although there is a charge to enter the cemetery...kinda odd. The hotel staff is great and check-in was a breeze. The room was a little dated with a few stains on the carpet and the bathroom door didn't close properly but, really not a big deal. Parking was easy and included in the Orbitz price- great value. We would have booked two nights if parking was covered for both as you won't need the car to explore this city. All in al- nice place - I would definitely stay here again.
Great staff, everything was clean and nice, easy walking distance from Liberty Bell.
Great location, very friendly staff - especially Asia at the front desk. Clean & comfortable rooms. For the price, it was as good as it gets.
The sheets on my bed looked like they'd been slept in. No mattress pad, lumps, wrinkled sheets - yuk.
Hotel was located in the historic district, one block from the liberty bell and independence hall. Hotel was updated and very clean with a very friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance to Market Street and City hall. Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend the Wyndham Historic District.
Beds are extremely comfortable. Location is fantastic but a little noisy. Within walking distance of many attractions.
We chose the hotel for the location and it was great. The hotel has a restaurant/bar both good and the staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and things to see would definitely stay here again
Very comfortable stay. Easy walk to historical sites and restaurants. Parking is expensive though, not sure why the hotel doesn't make it free for guests or at least a discount.
The location is great. The hotel is descent looking. Parking is expensive, bathroom shower had visible mold in the grout & my shower was clogged up so it was disgusting bathing in a puddle of slow draining water. The booking mentioned they offered a shuttle to the airport but they didn't offer any shuttle.
Para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas el hote está muy bien.
I recommended this Hotel. Have all your need. Close to good restaurants and to bus tour station.
Horrible. I had to switch rooms because I found white powder on the bathroom floor, hair in the bathtub, and very apathetic staff.
Only wish rooms had a mini fridge. We had meds that had to be kept cold. Otherwise hotel was great
Great hotel, clean and close to events in historic district. Staff was great and super nice. Hauled down a cab for us and made experience great
The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. The location was great for us. The room was another story. The sheets in the bed had holes in them all over and an old yellow stain. You'd think they would at least have decent sheets to put on the bed. Also we got in so late from a night out right before we laid down I realized there was some type of clothing in between the night stand and the wall. Looks like it had been there for a while. We were disgusted but so tired to even say anything.. I would still recommend the hotel becuase of its location and in the hopes that this was just a fluke..
Conveniently located for major historic tourists attractions.
We stayed there because we were going to a game a good location not to far from everything good walking distance to a lot of stuff. Parking was way to expensive
clean and fun hotel next to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Not to mention Philly cheesesteaks. Great staff
