My favourite parts of this hotel are its bar, food and rooms. Top notch, excellent service, and excellent quality! The only draw back is an incredibly high per night incidental. I have never had to experience a hold of $150/night ever. This should change.

Hidden gem of a hotel! Love the decor and ambience. Comfy bed, and enough space for luggage even though the room was smaller. Close to everything. I didn’t use the valet as there’s a packing garage right next to the hotel.

Location was great. The hotel was clean and convenient. The only down fall was that the hotel room was cold and we wereu able to make it warm for us.

Attractive property and charming staff. It's on a street that's sort of hidden away in a pocket of the general vicinity of City Hall, but it's very convenient to many important attractions.

We ordered a room and it was confirmed with a double bed. Me and my wife and two kids showed up and all they had was one king bed. I said thats fine can we just have a roll bed and they said they dont have that either. Wife and kids slept in bed and I had no where to sleep all night so just slept on the floor

Great hotel! The cleaning staff is on it! Every time we left our room for a couple hours, we came back to a very clean and fully stocked room! They have a coffee/doughnut shop in the hotel lobby so you can grab coffee every morning! It’s in the center city but the rooms are basically sound proof because I couldn’t hear the outdoor noise which was a huge plus! They have a steamer and hair dryer in the room so two less items to have to travel with! I would def. stay here again!
