I want a FULL REFUND. This hotel is disgusting as the rooms were filthy dust everywhere. The carpet was worn and ripped up and don't get me started on the bathrooms. My parents bathroom the shower would not turn on.. NO WATER. The staff while friendly were of no help. If it wasn't for graduation, I would have moved to another hotel asap. All hotels fully booked due to various graduations. I would have faired better sleeping in the rental truck. We were told the hotel is in the process of being remodeled. They should close it down now until it's completed. I have never stayed at such a horrible DoubleTree as this. HILTON SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

I love the property. The only downer is they dont have any refrigerators or microwaves in their rooms. There is just one microwave downstairs in the lobby by the restaurant. It should at least be one available on each floor if anything. Not to have a refrigerator to keep your drinks cold at least is crazy. No way to keep the babys milk cold. The pool is great. The restaurant is nice as well.

It wasn’t very clean. The breakfast was the same as any other continental breakfast that would be free at any other hotel. It was gross and like $20/person. The walls seemed pretty thin and our room smelled terrible. The hotel needs updating and maybe not to charge so much for what they’re giving. We expected much better from a Hilton brand.

We had to keep asking for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We went 2 days without conditioner. W head to ask for the room to be serviced. We were left without towels. The pool was closed. The buffet was closed. The restaurant food was terrible, definitely not worth the $70 bill. Overall not a good stay
