The staff at the bar were rude and ignored half the people sitting there. The staff member who drove the shuttle was late and then was extremely rude upon having the guests enter the shuttle. I would rather pay hundreds more to park at the airport than stay/park there again. The only staff that were friendly and nice were the front desk. This review is not a reflection of the front desk staff.

In town for the basketball game, this hotel was in great proximity. The room was great, everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Great stay!!

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the tub was badly stained. I have asthma, and it was not a great experience. The breakfast also was not included which was odd since it is at other Hilton properties. Overall it was not a very good spot, staff were not overly friendly, just a place to sleep and move on.
