Not a good hotel for families - no breakfast included in stay, pool closed at 8pm, gated parking lot had to be buzzed in/out every time, housekeeping knocked on every door in the morning to see if room was empty so they could clean it, only had 3 bath towels for a double-bed room. Glad this was only a one night stay.

Our first hotel key didn’t work, the room looked like a motel more than a hotel, had to pay for parking and almost didn’t find a space, and it was only one person at check in and the line was literally to the door to be served. Front desk person was amazing but everything else was horrible. Def not coming back.

No one was at the front desk when I arrived and there was a line of people waiting. Found hair and spots of blood on sheets. When I notified staff they just switched my room staying maintenance workers only worked during morning hours.

The dining area was not clean. Baseboards and cabinets needed cleaning cups are not clean and the hours are not great. Breakfast should be until 11 AM and your coffee bar should be open until noon. It would also be nice if the shuttle offered service to the city area.
