Very hospitable staff and good reliable workers from my observation. I would recommend this Hotel and its Staffers to the world. I have really enjoyed my stay and now I know where I can stay the night and vacation. Convenience is everything, and this place has it. The food was very delicious, I just enjoyed being there among such helpful people.

Close to airport so it was convenient. Felt more like a 3 star hotel as the room was small, functional, but generic. I feel like if you are going to pay a higher rate for a 3.5-4 start hotel, then go with the cheaper 3 star as that is what this hotel really is.

I needed a hotel near the airport in Philadelphia. The positives with this hotel include a reliable and free shuttle to and from the airport that works with very high frequency (every 20 minutes). Very friendly staff--courteous and polite. The problem with the hotel is the conditions of the rooms. The linens smell as if they were washed in a kitchen, so you put your head on the pillow and you feel you are in a BBQ plate. The shower, although functional, was not firmly mounted against the wall. The air duct were all dirty (seriously dirty), so if you have allergies this is not a good place to stay. The heating unit was *very* noisy. Also, it appeared to function in a way unrelated to the thermostat. The hotel claims that it has been renovated. I cannot agree with this. It appears to be vintage 80s: Dated wallpapers, low quality rugs, popcorn ceiling, etc. This is not important by itself (I could not care less about popcorn ceilings), but what bothers me is the lack of truth in the advertisement, because it tells there may be other issues in the management. I have been with Hilton brands since the late 1990's. I have seen how this great company deteriorate gradually in its quality. I believe that the entire brand has systemic issue, because in the last 5 years, the only hotel stays with positive experiences were only the Hilton Garden, otherwise it was always a disappointment. I started "diversifying" 3 years ago, and it appears that I need to do more of that.

I needed a place close to the airport. Shuttle service was prompt and friendly. Hotel staff was pleasant. Bar and restaurant staff were efficient mostly but not something I would go out of my way for. Food was tasty but not served 100% the way I ordered it. I only ate lunch and dinner so cannot speak to breakfast.

The only complaint I have is that the parking was a little dirty and inconvenient but a staff member explained to me that he is under construction working on being improved

Stayed overnight to catch early flight. Ate at the restaurant which was good.

We stayed here for one night before our flight the next morning. It is easy to drop your rental car off the night before and then have the hotel shuttle pick you up from the airport (though there was about a 20 minute wait). The best part of the hotel is that the beds are SUPER comfortable. I have never slept so well at a hotel I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning!

Not what you would expect from a Hilton property. The room safe did not work. Front desk said they would send someone up. Got tired of waiting - called again. Still no one so we left to sight see. Place needs some general updating. Oh...and they charge to park. Ridiculous!

Convenient to Airport. Clean Room, Comfortable Bed and Courteous Staff

The hotel was close to Lincoln Financial Field so it worked out well for us since we were in town for a football game. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. There's not much to do around the hotel, but if you're using it as a place to sleep then it could be ideal for a relatively low price. Our room was clean, but I would recommend a couple of changes to the bathroom - the sink would clog up easily and the shower pressure was a bit too intense.

The staff did a good job in checking us in and explaining the park and ride option. We were picked up within 15 minutes on our return.

I was here for a conference in the area. The stay was average. Wasn't either impressed or not impressed with the stay. There was nothing special about the hotel, except it was very close to the airport. That was right across the street (per say). The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, it was a good stay. I woudl recommend it as an overnight stay before or after flying or attending a local conference. There was a parking charge at the hotel for guests and just those attending a conference in the hotel. Wifi was slower compared to other peers.

I'm very happy to stay in this hotel , shuttle bus service also very good ! Nice people and nice service ! After a long trip here , I feel stay like home !

Staff was very helpful in arranging things for us, great service from the staff. Other guests at lobby were a little crude in their language but nothing that the staff could do anything about. Very comfortable and inviting place to stay.
