The bed was comfortable but the sheets were awful and scratchy. The a/c had a nasty smell everytime it clicked on. The toilet seat was old and peeling and nasty. The airport shuttle driver was late and drove WILD to the point I was scared and so we’re the other passengers. None of the front desk staff were kind or helpful. Definitely not worth what we spent.

Orbits quoted me $140 and I was Charged $190 part was parking but that should have be explained up front.

Well it’s kind of hard to say what my likes & dislikes are because My stay is only for 1 night but I can say I do feel that for the one night stay, the parking should be complementary. I feel any hotel should give complementary parking for up to 2 days anything pass that there should be a fee but that’s just me. The hotel staff/clerks were courteous & friendly, check-in was a breeze, room & bathroom were clean and the most important thing for me, the bed is super comfortable 😃.....They have an on-site restaurant/sports lounge but I can’t comment on that because I didn’t have a chance to go. This hotel is off the highway hence it being an “airport hotel” and with that being said, it was affordable and if you’re coming in on a flight, the hotel offers free shuttle service to and from airport & hotel every 20 mins, this is a plus so kudos to that. The area is quiet and the premises was well maintained and clean. I would say this hotel at this time (in April) was pretty busy. Thank You Doubletree by Hilton

Worst stay ever in my life the room was gross dirty sheets towels we were romped to 3 different room all were dirty had a horrible smell the check in agents were very rude as I was walking away from explaining a situation to them about my room they began to laugh and whisper they are complaining to much. The house keepers were called only to not clean many of my personal items went missing without know what happened. I also seen 3 spiders. Finally it was time to check out and leave the dump of the place only to get home in they keep charging my card for thing with is fraudulent. I will never stay there again it’s over priced and the rug was very dirty and holes in the walls

It was downtown so everything was close by which was great. Staff is friendly and were helpful.

Twrrible.they had people wajting jn the lobby and parking lots for endless hours because they couldnt check anyone in. Called to confirm reservation, lady said everything was all good. The. We get all the way down there to find out people had already been waiting 3 hours to check in.

This particular stsy had a few customers that were very chatty and loud in other rooms. We had to ask the staff to move us to another room only to find out that the noise was louder in that area of rooms. Needleas to say we did not get much sleep.

Shower and sink need to be snaked. Both would back up when used.

Close to the airport clean reasonably priced..........

The warm cookies upon check in. You don't have to ask for them they greet you and give them to you

I was very happy with the proximity to the city and also the airport. The front staff was very courteous and willing to answer all my questions.

The bedding here was horrendous when I called down for an extra blanket they brought up a ripped damp blanket. There is no Starbucks here as stated from the photos and they barely had anything available that was on their coffee menu I won’t stay here again.
