Friendly, clean, and comfortable. Just what I needed!

Got no hot water room was smalling I never stay again I would I to get part of payments back.

Bedspread was dirty, they also forgot to clean the room after the first night. I had to call twice to get towels delivered up to the room. The facility was nice and well kept otherwise. The staff was not very friendly or accommodating if your looking for that kind of thing, but they were not rude.

Carpets on guest room floors worn and perhaps even dirty (maybe even an odor). Ditto for guest rooms, which included mold on shower curtains.

Nice Hotel, Nice Room, Friendly Staff, Close To Airport.

Doubletree hotel is a nice place with friendly staff. Rooms need to be updated.

The hotel was close to the airport and it is mostly clean. Breakfast was expensive

Would be much better to have movie access on TVs Airport shuttle is convenient Beautiful hotel for the price.

After an unexpected late layover in Philadelphia, night clerk India was very nice and accommodating.

Very conveniently close to the airport with free shuttle service. Great cookie on arrival. Nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Everything was just great.

I will not go back to this hotel again, besides the fact you pay for the hotel you have to pay over $10 a day for parking in the hotel parking lot. That was my first red flag. Also my room was out of hot water had to wash my two year old up in cold water. When I asked about a fridge in the room they let me know they don't do that but i could rent one and then said but we don't have anymore but welcome to put my food in fridge at front desk. I was scheduled there for 3 nights 4 days I couldn't save my food? When asked to just cancel my final night with a refund of the night before the guy at the front was so rude just said we can't you have to go through orbitz, I sat in the lobby and called orbitz they reached out to front desk the same guy answered the phone and told them the policy is they don't do early check out I can leave but would have to pay for the night I wasn't going to be there for. So after orbitz let me know that I went back to the front and asked to speak to a manager and the other front desk employee Jadeyah was so kind to my daughter and I. And the manager said she doesn't normally do it but she will give a refund for final night which was nice or them but the fact that my stay was horrible and didn't get a refund for the night I spent there and that is why I will not return and the fact my food went bad is even more horrible and that very morning had to shower in cold water. I will not recommend or go back. But I do appreciate Jadeyah and the manager.

Got delayed inPhilly due to winter storm. Wanted somewhere close to the Airport. We were lucky enough to get one of the last rooms there. Very nice place and the staff was very great including the shuttle drivers very great in the evening and early morning
