Specifically booked this hotel for the pool but it was bright green and they eventually had to drain it. There was construction going on every day I was there--very loud in the room. I asked for a late checkout and got noon but another guest got 2pm. ??

Issues: WiFi didn’t work Blinking smoke detector light all night Construction right outside bedroom window Can’t even have a conversation with my bf it was so loud Bed sinks in the middle the back pain I woke up to is awful Nasty stains along the bottom of left side by window. Some of the outlets did not work Bathroom: Mirror fixture falling off wall see pic Towel rack falling off wall Soap dispenser constant leaking in shower Hair from previous guest stuck to bathroom door I have pictures I am more than happy to share There are not enough words to express how disgusting and below average these conditions were.

The only issue I had with the Sonesta was the flashing strobe light in the room, which blinked and affected my sleep. So I didn't have that good night sleep which was needed for a long drive the next day. My order at Ruth Crhis was incomplete. So the stay was alright, which made the price point to high, for the service.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This was the worst hotel trip I've ever had. I booked to get away from the construction in my apartment, and when I got to the hotel, they were undergoing major construction themselves. My room was loud and shaky all day. I also booked this hotel for the pool, which was also closed for maintenance for the duration of my stay. The tub didn't drain properly, they didn't leave me any towels, overall it was just a nightmare.

experience not great. when I arrived I was told that there would be worked on on the building during the day for 2 days I was not able to stay in my room to do my work and to rest as a result of this if I would have known that work was being done I would not have made reservations here at the same time I booked because this hotel boasts having an outdoor swimming pool the swimming pool was not open for either of those days and we were charged facilities fees for facilities that we could not benefit from I have enjoyed my stays in some Royal sonestas in Puerto Rico Washington DC and New York unfortunately Philadelphia came up very very short

Staycation poolside ✅

My boyfriend and I went for a staycation poolside for his birthday. The staff was very personable and friendly and the room was clean. The pool was a little dirty with hair floating in it, and no stairs to go in; this was slightly bothersome as I just hurt my back so climbing up and down a pool ladder was not ideal. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
