Excellent room with comfy beds and couch in fantastic location near Center City. Short walk to multiple great restaurants and only 15 minute walk to 30th St Station. Staff super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here quite a bit over the years, staff is always friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is well maintained and updated. This trip was the first where we were not 100% happy with the room. The bed linens were clean and fresh but the carpet, mirrors , headboard and couch were very smudged and stained, there was even confetti on the carpet so clearly hadn't been vacuumed. This was a first, and I'm certain a one off cleanliness issue.

The staff was great. We ate dinner at Ruth Chris which is in the hotel. We stayed at this hotel after our wedding. Our waiter Shaun, bought us a cheesecake with a candle and Congrats written on the desert plate. I found that very thoughtful.

The coffee maker in the room wasn’t working. It took a while to the maintenance to arrive and the new coffee maker that they brought wasn’t working either. The coffee shop and the restaurant downstairs were all closed at 8 pm when I arrived. The lady at the registration desk was brusque, refused to give me a room on a lower floor (I was on 14th) and spoke very fast, hard to understand
