I told the property that we were celebrating an anniversary and they went above and beyond and signed a card for us and left something special in the room. This was the perfect place to celebrate a happy occasion.

Very polite and professional staff Very clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff and service were excellent, bar closing at 11 pm was a small inconvenience .

Very clean and modern and pool was nice and not overly crowded. Front desk was helpful and room was ready early. Traveling with a teenager and toddler and area around hotel had things for both and felt safe.

I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. There are several dining options, both in the actual hotel like Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Art Bar for small plates and directly across the street like Harper’s Garden, Green Eggs, Nom Nom Ramen and Gran Caffe L’Aquila on Chestnut Street which I highly recommend for delicious desserts. There are also convenience stores around for a quick snack…like Wawa a block away. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness of the room. I think it was cleaned hastily. There were some crumbs in the nightstand drawers that were pushed into the corners, there was an old drip stain coming from the air vents which wasn’t horrible, but I noticed it immediately, and the bathroom floor didn’t look like it was cleaned properly. Everything else was good, including the bed which was clean and very comfortable. They had an empty mini fridge in the room which was great to put your drinks and dinner leftovers in. Most places fill those up with overpriced soda, chips and alcohol. The front desk and the valet people were very nice. The hotel itself is in a very walkable area and we went in a mini hotel bar crawl at ours and a few other local hotels. We enjoyed our stay. Also a bonus, it’s pet friendly!

Went on a quick two day trip and was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and the pool was great for the kids! Was walking distance to almost everything. Would stay here again when in the area.

A wonderful spot in the heart of the city. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating, and the room was super comfortable. Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had in a hotel. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying there again the next time I’m in the area. Thanks for making my short vacation a happy and comfortable one!

We had a great stay for Mother's day. The staff is friendly helpful and welcoming. We will now make this Sonesta the place we stay when we visit our daughter on Philadelphia

It was nice and clean, room wasn't too big but good enough to spend a night. Close to restaurants and bars.

I'm so glad I got past my trepidations about the Sonesta's lower price. I was worried its lower price would mean lower quality, but that was not the case. I regularly visit Philly and have stayed at several places in the Rittenhouse Sq area. The Sonesta stand up to comparisons to any of them but with a much better price! This will be my hotel for future visits.

150 hall for incidentals on my card unacceptable Was not for Warren prior to checking in hotel

Great location convenient to the museum complex.

Great location. Convenient to so many great restaurants.

We got a corner king room, which even though was supposed to be small was the perfect size for a couple. Beautiful skyline sunsets! Stayed 4 nights, and the bed was very comfortable. I asked them about it and was surprised they sell their own brand of beds and linens on a shop sonesta website. The art bar was so fun on the weekend. I think there was a wedding party. So close to everywhere worth walking to, and when you come in from the stinky streets the fresh scent in the lobby was so nice. The only odd thing about the room was the ceiling looked like it was plastered over a few inches, and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling a bit.

We stayed at this property for the first time over Thanksgiving weekend. Check in was easy and efficient and the front desk person was courteous and professional. The lobby area was clean with a modern decor. We were on the 12th floor and although the hallway could have done with a vacuum, the room itself was immaculate. It’s was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was larger than expected with a fridge and safe and really quiet for being on Market Street. The location was perfect. A 10 minute walk to/ from 30th Street Station, a 2 minute walk to Suburban station and a 5 -10 minutes walk to Rittenhouse. We would definitely stay here again.
