Great place to stay in Pittsburgh...great access to PNC park and Heinz Field

The best feature of this hotel is its location. From here, it's walking distance to the theaters, to many restaurants, and to the Warhol Museum across the river.

It's a beautiful hotel with spectacular views, and centrally located in a convenient spot.

Liked the fact that an historic building with great character had been creatively used for a new purposel

Great hotel with friendly staff that was convenient to sporting events and restaurants.

Room 1407 corner room, very romantic 14th floor River view room...... Highly recommended. Hotel staff is excellent, even offered to buy us a drink at the bar! Great experience in a uniquely wonderful hotel!

Friendly, courteous staff. Great restaurant on site. Room was spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to many locations.

great location for dinner, game difficult to sleep due to very noisy A/C unit :(

Room and bed where so comfortable thanks for a wunderfull stay ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Super friendly staff and luxury accommodations in a great location. Probably booking another stay in August. I was impressed

I'm not really the one to leave reviews, but since I keep getting emails to review, here goes. I rarely ever even complain. I just let my wife do it. :) Overall, our stay was somewhere between below average and disappointing. I've stayed in much better, cleaner, customer friendly for way less. The initial lobby was nice, but that's where it ended for us. After you exit the elevators there's a moldy smell that never goes away. Small TV and sticky TV Guide. The front desk associates that we encountered were not really friendly or genuine. Slow and stuffy elevators. The sheets were not clean. The shower 1/2 clogged. Nothing to clean the workout equipment. So, bring your own bottle of disinfectant spray. Wobbling treadmills. Lastly, make sure you valet park. The public parking garage is on the other side of a busy street. Couldn't imagine a large family that was unfamiliar trying to hull luggage across that thing. Be safe and happy! Stay somewhere else.

My absolute favorite hotel in Pittsburgh without a doubt. The beds are heavenly, on-site restaurant and bar are fantastic, room service is delicious and not overpriced.

Safe, clean, room was bigger than normal, close to everything.

Loved our stay at the Renaissance! Comfy beds, friendly staff and perfect location to attend baseball games, restaurants & museums.

The bad: 1. Dirty pillow case 2. Holes in towel (lot of wear and tear with out batch) 3. Stinky fridge 4. Staff responsiveness slow 5. Price 6. LOUD CONSTRUCTION NOISE THROUGHOUT THE DAY! Good 1. View 2. Location There is renovations being done in font of the main entrance. It will wake you up early. For the price I paid the service was poor. Would not recommend.
