Check in and out were simple no line Parking is a bit confusing on the way out but otherwise Did not realize discrimination betweeen regular gas car an hybrid car exist

The parking was 16.00 a day - which should be included. The TV was not working properly and when we asked they said they did not have maintenance on Sundays.....really - your a business!!!! House keeping never came by to clean our room and we ran out of toilet paper

I arrived late in the evening - the check in team were super nice and made me smile with their greetings. Also nice to find a cold beer in the lobby pantry. Room was clean and comfortable. Very close to the Google office where I had meetings. I checked out at noon but went back to lobby while waiting for cab back to airport. Very convenient and warm atmosphere.

Room was spacious and modern. Breakfast was all that we needed. We paid a lot of money to have a block of rooms I don't feel like the staff at the front desk did a very good job of acknowledging that we were there for a few days and welcoming us all there. We had to ask about breakfast and gym use.

I usually stay at this hotel when in the area. I was disappointed this time with the room staff. The cups, regular coffee & sleeves were not replaced. I had to use a glass to make a cup of decaf coffee. It was not the level of room upkeep that I usually experience here.

The rooms were nice and spacious. Bed is comfortable.

Great stay. Hotel was excellent, staff was terrific, area was perfect. Only downfall there fitness center is LA fitness center which is a great facility but doesn't open until 8 and 9 o'clock on the weekends.

As a neighbor of this hotel, employees from our business have been staying at this hotel for the past couple of years. The hotel used to be fresh, lively and well maintained. Carpets now have stains, furniture is looking tired, and the evening social hours and bar are now a thing of the past. Where there used to be happy hours, there's now a listless lobby with nothing but CNN blaring from an overhead TV. With a little effort, they could return this place to what it once was, but I see little effort on the part of management. P.S. the staff remains quite pleasant.

Great Hotel Clean - Free Breakfast - Attentive Staff Would stay there again.

The stay was wonderful - and Ryan was excellent! He made it sensational. We will be back.

We stayed at Springhill Suites in January 2014 and I was pleasantly surprised that a business-focused chain could provide so many amenities for families. The hotel is located in the same complex as Google and there are a few shops and restaurants, as well as a gym on the same block (or even in the same building). The staff was friendly and helpful, continental breakfast was delicious, and our room was perfect and comfortable. No complaints!

The room is very clean, quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice new hotel, upscale. Staff is extremely friendly. Wonderful breakfast included, lots of choices. Great workout center connected by walkway and free to guests.

Hotel was located 20 mins. from downtown. The pictures they have of the area around the hotel for shopping and fitness center are not open yet as they stated on their web site. Every time we asked for something, such as family activities or where a movie theater was they staff said "they were working on that, or didn't know of one in the area." Our cable went out severl times in our room. We paid $150/night because it stated they had a pool. Pool was about as big as a bath tub and a huge disappointment. Hotel was very clean because it was new but was not at all worth the money. Look some where else.
