The entire staff, from valet, to front desk, to restaurant, to maid service, were all exceptional. The hotel is nice, room very clean, and within walking distance (10 blocks) of Independence Square. VERY happy with my stay.

Buen hotel pero el servicio de parqueadero es insuficiente

Great location to walk to our concert event on broad st, close to shopping and next to china town treats

Great place to stay if you like to be close to Chinatown and the market.

Liked the hotel overall but make sure you get a room with a king bed as double beds are not comfortable for morethan one person. That was our only complaint and we should have known better

We visiting the Mutter Museaum in downtown Philly one Saturday and decided to stay in town for the night. The Hampton is always a decent bet and this one was clean and comfortable. Just a little away from downtown but walkable. Breakfast was just ok but it's included.

It was over all good trip and the complimentary breakfast in the hotel was awesome.

Good: Excellent breakfast Comfortable bed fair exercise Room Bad A lot of homeless people sleeping on 13th ST

Good hotel that is easy to get to from the airport. Close to Reading Terminal and hop on and off bus to get you to see all the sights.

It was a great location, walking distance to everything we needed. Great bartender!

Upon arrival the hotel appeared to be in a seedy area of Philadelphia-for single ladies traveling alone we did not feel safe. upon entering the hotel, the front desk clerk immediately stated he had just moved form New York and was not familiar with hotel or city. We checked in and went to the 7th floor-the last room available. The room was NOT as expected view of alley mattresses were lumpy and uneven (2 beds) bedding was mismatched bathroom dirty and small black bugs in bathtub not as expected for the price paid at all. When I went downstairs to look on computer for another property, another guest using the computer warned me to find another hotel, she was doing the same thing due to bed bugs in HER room! I was itching from the time we entered the hotel! AND to make matters worse, the doorman and taxi driver got into an argument right in front of the hotel - we feared they might get into a physical altercation-taxi driver was mad because we did not have a longer fare, and the doorman would not close his door. It was BAD. This experience was ALL bad. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The stay at the hotel was very good. It was walking distance from many of the things we needed. very comfortable and intimate. I would recommend it to others.

The hotel was great the people were very friendly and I enjoyed the pool that was nice. The food was good to and the rooms were nice

Highly recommended, very nice people, nice location!

Wont be disappointed!!!!! Loved it!! Beautiful and accomodating

Excellent location directly across from Convention Center and Reading Terminal Market. Hotel was clean and tastefully decorated. The bar in the lobby had a nice light fair menu and the free breakfast was great. Ample public parking in all directions close to the hotel($20/night). The view of the Philadelphia skyline from our 9th floor room was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Philly.

Great staff, willing to help out with every detail. Looking forward to booking there again for Philadelphia.

Enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy but clean, centrally located, and good place to stay.

We decided to spend Thanksgiving in Philadelphia and booked the Hampton Inn Philadelphia. Great hotel! Staff was friendly, check-in and check out was painless. The rooms were clean and had no odor to them. I'd definitely stay there again
