Shabby. The TV was dark blue, unable to be adjusted. The tech called to the service the TV let us know that there simply was nothing they could do. The front desk and tech both told us the hotel was going to refund part of our stay for the issue; but the story changed at check out. In general the staff was nice, even if they were liars by accident.

The bar was cool, but the bartender was non verbal, didn’t even say a word until the second round of drinks I ordered. I even tipped him after each round. Room was cool, the TV in room 503 was dim and kind of hard to see clearly. Pillows weren’t firm, you needed like 2 or 3 under your head for any kind of support. The heating/ac unit took hours to turn on no matter what buttons I pressed.

First - the evening rep that checked me in was amazing. He was very pleasant and it was quite a busy time so taking those few extra minutes to welcome us was really nice and appreciated. And the doormen at this location were also amazing! I loved how they interacted with the guests and were very welcoming and kind!
