Didn't stay!! I cancelled my non-refundable room!! Lobby smells of urine, vagrant coming in off the street getting free lemonade. And was quoted a different price for incidentals in person than what was quoted on the telephone. Ava at front desk was very friendly, courteous and patient. Her professionalism is only reason they received the 1 star.

Called the night before to make sure we would have a pack n play for our baby. Arrived to NO pack n play and were told “they are not guaranteed”. If we weren’t promised we were going to have a pack n play, we would’ve brought our own. They did finally find a pack n play and left by our door. It had huge pee stains all over it on the inside and outside. When we opened it up, there were a bunch of leaves inside and it was just absolutely disgusting. When we reported it, we were told that there wasn’t another pack n play, and again that they would’ve never promised a pack n play to begin with. They ended up finding another pack n play in the end, but this was just the most horrific experience. For them to think it’s ok to put our BABY in something that nasty, it is completely unacceptable. Pack n plays cost $50 at Walmart. I would imagine Hampton Inn can find a couple hundred dollars and invest in a few of them. 2 stars instead of 1 is because after we left, the GM ran after us, asked about our experience, apologized and stated that he would personally make sure they purchase new pack n plays for the hotel.
