great place to stay...very convenient, nice staff and rooms...dining on the premises. Nice amenities.
The room was nice but small. The bathroom was not clean.
Waited 2 hours to get my room because the cleaning staff didnt show up. Great hotel though. Loved the chilled filtered water. Free coffee. Restaurant Davios was amazing. Hotel parking is stupid expensive!! Don't bring a car. Use Uber or walk. Desk Staff was very prude.
I was greeted by an enthusiastic and helpful desk clerk, Michael, who got me to my room quickly. The room was clean, modern, and enjoyable to stay in. When help for transportation was requested from the desk, they were quick and polite. I recommend the room to all.
Room small, but quiet and efficient. Well managed, good staff.
the hotel is right in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. The rooms are clean and up to date and the staff is very friendly and attentive to your requests and needs. there is parking at an indoor garage nearby which you receive a discount for parking. Also the hotel lobby has various snacks and drinks throughout the day and evening at no charge.
We were excited about our stay until we discovered after being kept awake until 3am there was a Night Club below the hotel which resulted in street brawls, cops, ambulances and a constant honking of horns into the early morning.
There are many good restaurants in walking distance and I enjoyed the Christmas lights.
I really enjoyed my stay at Club Quarters. The location made it even more convenient to get to my point of destinations. My room attendant Ashika was so awesome and friendly. She made sure we got everything we needed. Excellent customer service. I will certainly be staying at Club Quarters again and recommending to friends and family.
Nice size bed and tv. Room and bathroom were very small.
The location is excellent and very convenient to many of the sights. My room was very quiet and everyone was very helpful and courteous. The purified water stations on each floor were very nice! The only problems, and they were minor, were problems with the key cards and a slightly less than clean room when I checked in.
The rooms are small but neat and clean, no views. Good deal for the price.
Great for downtown experience. Clean, great staff, close to everything. European style rooms (meaning tiny), but who cares because you are always out. But the room was clean, neat and had everything we needed. Definitely would go back. Add $28 per day for parking to whatever rate you have if you have a car (although you'll never need it). About 30 min to airport but allow at least an hour to get there because you never know traffic.
Know what you're getting into. I came back to my room at 530pm and it hadn't been cleaned. When I asked the front desk staff, they actually asked me, "Did you ask for the room to be cleaned?" When I said I'd never stayed at a hotel where I had to request housecleaning, the woman at the desk actually said, "This isn't a regular hotel." She went on to inform me that this was for traveling pilots, doctors, etc (apparently, she was unaware that I was actually one of those people. Maybe my too-casual apparel threw her off) who only usually stayed overnight. When I told her this was not something stated on their website, she had no answer. I asked to speak to the manager, left my telephone number, and haven't heard from him yet. And it's only 3 weeks later! Maybe he hasn't got around to it yet. And if you're into very small bathrooms, you'll also be in luck!
Great stay, convienet location. Wish there was parking near by that allowed in and out.
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. It is located about 5 minutes away from Suburban Station and the City Hall. The building was a little old and the elevator was slow. Except that the entire experience was pleasant.
The Club Quarters was centrally located with friendly staff. The room with the kitchenette was perfect for two for a romantic getaway. I would definitely come back!!!!!
Good hotel, staff, and restaurant. Really no complaints at all
Great location but ... Expensive and inconvenient city parking and very small rooms (I had a double bed). Also, be sure you know the exact lot to park in otherwise if you pull into the wrong lot (a block away) Parkway Company will charge you $8 for simply making a U-turn.
