Club Quarters Hotel in Philadelphia

I think Annie checked us in, and she was great. We got checked in right away, and all the staff were extremely helpful, and nice. A nice fine, and we will return!

We stayed for 4 nights. All things one has to do or see in Philly is in walking distance.

We were only there for one night. We found the staff friendly and the free coffee/cappuccino was a perk. We thought the bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The only negative was the size of the room- it was the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed. There wasn't even room for a dresser.

The rooms were much smaller than I hoped. The price is too high the size of rooms. The amenities for the hotel are more 3 to 3.5 level, not 4 star.

Great option in Center City. Affordable and convenient. Friendly staff.

Love the chilled filtered water on every level. There is also free laundry machines but only two are available.Easy walk to historic sites.Room I stayed in was small but I did not care bc I was only using it to sleep. If I had to gripe I wish they would source there shampoo and soap from the USA not china.

Want an extra pillow? Get it yourself. Ordered room service? Come down to the lobby. Want rest? Here's a two hour fire alarm with no explanation. Just a few of the lovely experiences I had.

Daniel the concierge was outstanding. Very helpful and accommodating

Good location and spacious room. Also felt very safe.

My son and I were in Philadelphia for an Expo and sightseeing. CQ had very friendly, helpful staff. We had a room with a kitchenette which was great, and they kindly accommodated an early check-in. Parking is in the mall across the street but they validate for a reduced fee. We found it convenient to take an Uber around town. Great trip!

Michael was amazing and very helpful making a room change.... professional and kind.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Especially in light of the great price we got on Orbitz, you can't go wrong staying here.

great place to stay...very convenient, nice staff and rooms...dining on the premises. Nice amenities.

The room was nice but small. The bathroom was not clean.

Waited 2 hours to get my room because the cleaning staff didnt show up. Great hotel though. Loved the chilled filtered water. Free coffee. Restaurant Davios was amazing. Hotel parking is stupid expensive!! Don't bring a car. Use Uber or walk. Desk Staff was very prude.

I was greeted by an enthusiastic and helpful desk clerk, Michael, who got me to my room quickly. The room was clean, modern, and enjoyable to stay in. When help for transportation was requested from the desk, they were quick and polite. I recommend the room to all.

Room small, but quiet and efficient. Well managed, good staff.

the hotel is right in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. The rooms are clean and up to date and the staff is very friendly and attentive to your requests and needs. there is parking at an indoor garage nearby which you receive a discount for parking. Also the hotel lobby has various snacks and drinks throughout the day and evening at no charge.

We were excited about our stay until we discovered after being kept awake until 3am there was a Night Club below the hotel which resulted in street brawls, cops, ambulances and a constant honking of horns into the early morning.

There are many good restaurants in walking distance and I enjoyed the Christmas lights.
