While checking in, my kiosk had some sort of problem and wouldn't let me make a key and told me to contact a check-in personnel. Norma came over watch me do it again and the same issue arrised, so she went behind the desk for me. The kiosk had saved all my info and charged my card the incedental fees, it just wouldn't do the key part. Norma said she had never seen this particular problem, but was able to get me checked in on her computer and all was well. While I know it was her job to help me, she was a delight to deal with and went the extra mile to make sure I knew it wasn't anything I did, all while being charming and professional. I travel often (this is at least my 20th time at this hotel) and I've experienceed staff not doing customer service well at other properties, so I wanted to take some time to let CQ Philadelphia and all of you know that they have a qualiy employee in Norma. Well done Norma!

The hotel was fine but nothing memorable. I was disappointed with the parking situation since there’s no on-site parking, valet, or bell service to assist with luggage. On the positive side, their texting system was convenient and made it easy to request items like towels. Overall, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
