Front desk was exceptional.and bar temder awesome.
The property was very nice and in a great area. There was no room cleaning service unless you asked 36 hours in advance. We had to call 2 times to get fresh towels and had to wait over 10 hours to get a clogged toilet fixed.
The service was great but we had love stains on our chair, dust on our lamps, and no hot water. The room was also really cold
The window in my room faced the lobby. This was not pleasant because the noice of people in the lobby lasted until the early morning hours. Would have been nice to ask if I had a preference.
Perfect if you’re going to a concert at the BB&T Camden!
The place was very clean. Staff was friendly. Location is excellent. And if you’re willing to move the car every few hours, you can avoid the $50 parking fee.
Room was great! But no restaurant for breakfast and nothing was noted about that... if it was, not clearly noted. I also thought parking was available but didn’t realize I had to pay for it, or I would have stayed somewhere else.
The location was excellent, close to many attractions and eatery and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe.
Parking at hotel is very expensive. $50 overnight! Guests or Marriott rewards members should get free parking.
Very comfortable room with excellent shower. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Beautiful hotel. Amenities are well appointed. Loved the bathroom mirror lighted around the entire perimeter. Smart TV was nice. I could stream my Netflix show easily. Had a glass of wine and Ceaser salad in the bar area! Bartender was great! All in all very comfortable and clean ! Great location to the National Park and all historical sites!! Was very walkable. Parking was only inconvenience, but wasn’t to far to walk. It was $16 vs $50 if you have the valet park it.
Great location and everyone was super friendly! Easy walk to Penns Landing and to all of the old city attractions.
Only complaint, if room is near balcony by bar, it is extremely loud at night.
Near everything So convenient Do do not need car
We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Philly!
