It is in a seedy neighborhood, no parking, valet only. Although everyone is super nice it smells like pee! There are drug addicts hanging outside and so many homeless people hanging around in front of the 711. My room looked like the photo but downstairs lobby looked like a methadone clinic.
Good location, in heart of downtown. Parking is costly, but that's the city.

Very convenient location, keys worked, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water, nice stay, no complaints. Our view from 22nd floor was amazing! Valet was pricey but very efficient and we had center city right outside our door. We had a great time. Oh and breakfast was amazing!
Wonderful hotel, great rooms with mini-kitchen and lounge area. Great complimentary breakfast too. Only issue was finding the hotel - that and the valet service at 50 a night is steep. Overall, had a great stay.
Friendly front desk staff! Room was really clean and well stocked with towels.
No hot water in the shower AC/Heat wasn't functioning properly and room was 80 degrees Staff fixed ac/heat issue but was not super apologetic in the above...
This hotel is right next to City Hall. Good walking distance from every museum. Friendly staff. Breakfast is was awesome. Great view from out window.
Everything was great with the hotel. The only thing that turned us off was the people who beg for money outside the hotel.
