Great hotel for doing business or visiting Penn. Convenient and really appreciate the breakfast amenity as the gym.

The hotel was in a good location to visit the University of Pennsylvania and other Philadelphia colleges and universities. It is close to the 30th St Station, where you can catch trains or rent cars to visit colleges outside the Philadelphia metro area on the eastern seaboard. Modern and clean, with kitchens in the units, and laundry available for those needing longer stays. Nice work-out facility and pool, breakfast every day and dinners as well during the week.

5 minutes walk from U Penn. Very convenient neighborhood (with markets nearby) Spacious room. Comfortable amenities. Would definitely book again for the next stay in Philly.

Absolutely beyond perfect couldn't believe the hospitality and cleanliness it couldn't possibly got any better. Will 100% refer you and this hotel to everyone I know.

This hotel was a nice surprise! Convenient location nearby UPenn, modern features, a full kitchen ! I'll definitely come back next time I visit and cook a homecooking meal to my kid!

We were in Philly for the night and wanted to be near the Univ. Home wood was a perfect location, friendly staff, very comfortable rooms.

Clean and modern room with - lamps can be controlled from pad. Feel like an apartment I really would be happy to live in for a while. Breakfast good, with waffles, meat, potatoes, cereals. Bus 21 goes nearby to city centre and the ride does not take more than 10 minutes. The campus neighbourhood is nice.

This is a newer hotel right on Walnut Street just blocks from the University of Pennsylvania campus. First impressions from the open and spacious third floor lobby with soft seating and a fireplace made us realize that this would be a very comfortable visit. The suite had a new, fully equipped kitchen, a large well appointed bath, lots of seating options (our room had a kitchen table with 2 chairs, a desk with a swivel chair, a sofa and an easy chair) and a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows and a fluffy duvet. The room was high-tech with a large flat-screen TV and a tablet room-amenities controller that included music, relaxation sounds, weather forecasts and an alarm clock. Our room was a handicapped accessible room with a seat in the shower but that did not detract from the comfort. The only thing the room lacked was a safe. Like all Homewood Suites, the hotel includes a full breakfast and dinner in the evening on Monday through Thursday. We did not eat dinner since we were there on a Sunday, but the monthly menu tacked to the door of the refrigerator in the room looked inviting. There is a well stocked shop that sells microwaveable foods and snacks. The dining room on the lobby floor also has an outdoor seating area. Just off the lobby are an exercise room and an indoor pool and hot tub! We also used the free, convenient shuttle service to get to and from our evening event. The parking is valet only and a little on the expensive side, but there are parking garages or street parking in the area. This was definitely one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in when in Philadelphia and would be fantastic for an extended stay.

Stay was good but way too expensive. For moving in I would stay here but for subsequent visits I may stay at a less expensive hotel.

I checkd in after a long day of traveling. I was extremely happy with the ammenities. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was beyond nice and accomidating. I didn't want to leave!!!
