Stayed here as an affordable choice while family in nearby hospital. Clean, well kept, staff friendly and polite. Beds comfortable, moderate street noise but we slept well. Would stay again.

Hotel was nice. Staff is friendly. Room was clean with a lot of space bed was comfortable. Only complaint is when we arrived at around 8 at night to check in there were people loitering outside. Very annoying. Other than that it was smooth sailing the rest of the stay there.

Don’t waste your money, find another place to stay

There was no fridge in our room, the rate was too high for one night, the complimentary breakfast was a joke, no hot food was offered. Rooms super small for the price! Half the outlets in the room didn’t work.

Honestly this was not the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed in but it was very clean and very quiet and super convenient. I have to give a shout out to the front office manager, who went above and beyond to check us in early and get us an extended check out because we’re running the Broad Street run. She could not have been nicer!

The hotel is on the back side of the Convention Center, a little out of the center of things. No fault of the owners, but it’s a place with a decent number of homeless persons around - I’m not making a judgement; everyone needs a place to hang out, sleep, etc., and they’re just trying to get by. The hotel has another building on each side so from what I can tell most of the rooms don’t have windows; our room on the first floor didn’t. The facility itself is fine; clean, safe, well-managed. The staff are very nice and helpful. We were there for a volleyball tournament with thousands of players, and booked very late - and paid a huge premium on the room; probably the most I have ever paid for a hotel room. Fine, I’m an economist, I understand supply and demand. In a word, it’s a Days Inn. It’s a fine place just to sleep when you have a reason to be in the area for other business (like something at the convention center). Definitely not a destination hotel.

Not in the best area BUT we felt safe and it is VERY conveniently located near the PA Convention Center (<5min. walk), Reading Terminal Market and China Town. We used a parking garage 2 blocks away so, getting our luggage to and from the garage was a bit haggard but we made due. The hotel also allowed us to keep some luggage checked at the hotel until our event was finished. I was surprised we did not have a fridge in our room (we were there 4 days 3 nights) however they were very accommodating and able to get us one. The breakfast is very limited but the bagels were fresh and lets face it with so many amazing restaurants near by we ate our way through Philly for most meals. **There is a fantastic Asian bakery (Bread Top House on Race St) it looks sketch but boy was it delish) Eggs and Ale is also very close. We will definitely return to this hotel for our event next year.

Quiet and good location

Location was amazing and the room was nice and quiet. No window, but that’s probably why it was so quiet. Room was clean, the people were nice and attentive, and breakfast was decent.
