we had a nice experience while staying at the hotel. it was nice

We were on the seventh floor facing the Deyla River after Jose and Courtney checked us in. Every single staff member has been super friendly and nice. Brian the shuttle driver is very nice knowledgeable and gave us a lot of tips on sight seeing. Breakfast is really good with omelette pancakes yogurts fruit scrambled eggs sausages bacon. Lower floors view will be blocked by the pier across the street

Great for a weekend getaway and they provide free shuttle services to/from the city center!

2nd day there, we got back about 9 p.m. there was only 1 bath towel. They hadn't replaced the hand towels or wash clothes either. Very disappointed.

The staff are incredible, offered us snacks when we arrived at 2pm even though they only have breakfasts. Easy going made us feel at home.

Great Hotel, good location, excellent staff. Breakfast could of been a little yummier.

Room was located in Penn's Landing which is very close to the main historical sights in Philadelphia. Had an excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, and a good bathroom. Overall, a very good experience.

It was a very nice hotel with convenient locations by interstates and tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants close by and near the water - which makes for a pretty walk. Rooms were great.

We went to the 1D concert and stayed overnight. Hotel was clean , Staff was very friendly, we even had a full bkfst in the am. Will def stay here again.

Hotel is right next to Penn's Landing and very easy to get to by public transportation. Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

We came for the roots picnic. It was. Very convenient and close to food spots.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was Pleasant. They offer transportation to and from places within the area. The parking is $25 per day. They offer free breakfast every morning. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is good. Overall I had a nice stay. The next time I am in Philadelphia I will definitely stay there.

Beautiful area. Hotel was clean and parking was easy. The only issue we had was that the air conditioner unit was quite loud. Other than that excellent stay!! Will stay again!

We stayed for my Grandmother-in-law's 80th birthday. The hotel is beautiful and has a great location. There was an issue with their boiler on the night of our stay and hot water was at a minimum but we were completely taken care of the amazing Assistant General Manager, Andrew. He was quick to respond to my emails regarding my concerns. I don't think it ever took him more than an hour to respond. Light sleepers may have an issue here, as the walls are thin and maid service starts early, but the beds are comfy and the view is pretty. Also, the shuttle service is a little unreliable. We were told he makes runs every 15 minutes, but when we called, he said it'd be more like 30 minutes and 40 minutes later we ended up taking a cab. Honestly, the location is close enough to places to hang out, a shuttle wouldn't have been needed, except I didn't exactly have walking shoes on and the weather was cold. Ordinarily, we would have just walked. The price is quite reasonable for the location.

The hotel was very good, nice and clean. Next time I go back again there :)

Every time I have stayed here I've gotten great service from a responsive staff. They're always eager to help. On this last trip the hot water didn't work and rather than move me to a similar room on the same floor they gave me a room with a jacuzzi at no extra cost. The hotel is conveniently located and the view of the bridge at night is great.

The location of this hotel cannot be any more perfect! We can see the bridge right from our window! It's the only hotel in the area that offers queen beds for a room with 2 beds, while the other hotels within the vicinity only offers 2 double beds. Additionally, we even got a rolling bed for no extra charge. The hotel was beyond accommodating and the staff were very pleasant! We will be back!

Very friendly staff. Great location at Penn's landing.
