The beds are too high; if the hotel wants to have beds so high I have to lunge backwards and pull myself onto the bed by holding the blankets, they should supply small stools for short or disabled customers.

Quick one night stay - no laundry facility

Quick one night stay coming back from Jersey after my son’s soccer showcase; needed a place to stay close to the airport to return back home to Texas the following morning. It fit our needs for our quick stay. Only downside: no laundry facility. I didn’t have time before check out to wash smelly soccer uniforms from that morning and some of my family’s dirty clothes at our previous hotel; I was going to just wash them here, to only find out they didn’t have a laundry room and was told there’s a laundry mat 3 minutes away instead :( Other than that, no other complaints. If you are wanting to do laundry before a return flight, might want to reconsider here. That’s on me for not knowing, should had paid more attention to the hotel’s amenities before booking. Beds were comfy, breakfast was decent. Wish there was a toaster to heat/toast up my bagel since it was very cold, not even room temperature — that’s my only suggestion. Overall, a good stay.

Not happy at all..

Stay at hotel for August 22 through 25.. the king room will a 3 star, the bed mattress was not that comfortable for my bad back. The house keeping loud noise was not good, out & in the rooms when cleaning them the door was hitting the security lock they to keep the door open loud noise.. no relaxing or resting the 4 days I was there..not happy at all..

The property was in a safe location, and the room was very clean. The receptionist was very friendly. The only problem I had was a slightly funky smell when I first walked in the room. Other than that my stay was fine and I would stay there again.

The hotel in general was not bad. Had the new standard of $150 holding charge on your room for incodentals, which can take however long to be credited back to you, BUT one thing that wasnt notated before my reservations is you have to pay $12.00 for you to park your vehicle in their parking lot while you stay there. Had i known that, i would not have made resrvations there and gone elsewhere.
