Four Points By Sheraton Philadelphia Airport

We use this hotel as our pre-flight stay when flying out of Philly in order to be rested and not have to deal with traffic on our departure day. We have never been disappointed. Located in a secure, safe area the Four Points offers parking until your return along with speedy, friendly shuttle service. The rooms we've stayed in are clean and beds are very comfortable. There is no noticeable outside noise which is amazing considering the proximity to the airport and major highways. The on site restaurant serves a good meal. Best thing about this hotel by far is the outstanding service by the employees. Friendly, courteous people are in all areas. I must point out Traviz, from the front desk. He went above and beyond to help me straighten out a reservation and assure me "all was well." I was happy to meet both him and Randy when we checked in. We will definitely return for our next vacation.

I stayed here on 2 separate occasions this month. First time for one night and 2nd time for 2 nights . Although they have a shuttle to/from the airport I had to rent a car to go in the city . The location of this hotel was very convenient . Easy access to airport and easy access to the city . The front desk staff is always available and very friendly . The room had everything I needed for a short stay . Nothing too fancy but a very comfortable bed and clean room with the usual amenities including complimentary bottled water and coffee . I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Four Points for the Penn Relays. The hotel's staff was great and accommodating. It is not the same level of treatment as when we stay at the Westin but staff tried their best to make us comfortable during a time when the property was near full capacity. Our issue with Four Points was the room we were initially assigned. The door was falling off, and the room had a smoky and moldy odor (staff related that all rooms are nonsmoking). We objected to the room. Staff changed the room as fast as they could. The alternate room, same type as before, was of the quality we had come to expect from SPG. From that day on, we were very pleased with the accommodations. We heard another guest in a nearby room hurling 4-letter words at her room door and realized that the experience we originally had was not unique to just one room. Where applicable, if the doors are repaired, carpet in the affected rooms cleaned, and a general spring cleaning performed in certain rooms, the accommodations would greatly improve. Now I see how despite staff's training and professionalism, separate guests could stay at a hotel, and have opposing experiences, just because of the quality of the room. The hotel has a restaurant. Breakfast ends at 10:00 a.m. but try to be seated by 9:30 a.m. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It is near to the airport, and although there are no places to visit within walking distance, it offers 24-hour shuttle. You can take the shuttle to the airport and connect to trains. This is a plus. The same shuttle serves The Sheraton and The Loft.

Nice hotel-clean and fit the bill for an unexpected stay near the airport. Just wish the bar was open so I could have a glass of wine:). Only options were expensive items near the front desk. Airport shuttle was fine, and friendly.

We did an overnight stay with a parking reservation for up to 10 days. Clean comfortable room. Great front desk staff. Bar staff was attentive and food was good. Shuttle to and from airport very prompt!

The hotel is a short, easy drive from the Philadelphia Airport. It is located in a complex of 3 Sheraton-owned hotels. So score one for convenience. The front desk staff was extremely warm and welcoming. Traviz and Randy were on duty when we arrived, and we enjoyed our conversation with them. They even waived the $10 nightly parking fee for us. Unfortunately, the good impression evaporated as soon as we stepped into the room. It took a good kick to get the door open, and another to shut it again. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in large chunks. However, these cosmetic blemishes were nothing compared to the mighty roar and continued vibration of the air conditioning each time it turned on. Although there was no noise from the nearby airport, this sound rivaled that of a jet engine. So although the people who work here are fabulous, the property did not make for a pleasant stay.

David B. was a splendid bartender and very kind. He made sure I was taken care of and apologized for the wait on my take out order. I recommend this hotel for family or business. The Martini's and Manhattan's are superb.

Hi all. We take our "baby" Milo, our mini aussie everywhere. He was able to stay here at this hotel . The hotel was kept up and not hectic, easy to locate and very reasonable priced. Although no room accommodations like a refrigerator or ... specialty , we would do our stay all over again. It was well kept up and maintained. The staff was approachable and curious as well.

Great hotel, friendly, courteous staff and pleasant in meeting all of our needs. The room stay was comfortable and clean. Would stay again at this location. The hotel restaurant had great food and a very friendly staff.

To be honest, I only stayed one night so was not able to fully take advantage of any amenities. We were on our way to the airport the following morning, so arrived a little late and left very early the following morning. The grounds are very typical hotel grounds, although shared by other hotels. Easy to get to from Rt. 95. The staff was very pleasant, and they offer parking for the week we were away at a reasonable rate (better than airport parking rates). The room was a typical hotel room, nothing too fancy, nothing horrible, but a bit on the small side if you were staying more than a night or two. The real nice part is the shuttle service they offer to and from the airport. Easy to find at the airport when returning from your trip, the drivers were courteous and helpful, and they pick you up and drop you off again right at the lobby of the hotel. The one main issue I had (we stayed on the 5th floor) was that standing at the elevator, about 30 feet from my room, I could hear my son and wife having a conversation like they were standing next to me with the room door closed. No real sound insulation at all....thank God there were not a lot of guests around us or we would have gotten no sleep at all. All in all, I don't know that I'd stay here if I were on a business trip and had to stay in the Philadelphia area more than a night or so, but for travelling out from Philly early in the morning, it was well worth the stay.
