A really nice place near the PHL airport. however the air conditioning in my room would not go to temperatures lower than 72. It is in the 90's with high humidity in PA right now, so it was not comfortable. Also sink and bathtub did not drain properly. When I complained, they gave me a $50 credit on my bill. Probably will try again another time
Our reservation was for one night / 2 beds (night of July 12) . We arrived at the hotel about 10:45pm, and quickly checked in, and went to our room -- one bed. Went back to the front desk, and had to endure a lengthy wait to be moved to a 2 bed room (the wait was not due to a long line, the front desk clerk seemed to take a long time to change the room). It's worth noting the clerk who originally checked us in, ignored us when we came back to the front desk (not sure what her name was, she didn't have a name tag). Property is tired (room door didn't fit right, it was hard to open). I'd stay away from this property.
This hotel seems very updated since our stay in 2014. The room was very clean and very well lit. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bar has some nice craft beers on tap. Breakfast in the morning was really good. We travelled with a puppy and this Four Points was very accommodating. Parking is self-serve. The only thing I would love to see is better parking or brighter lighting. Seems I always end up at the back of the building.
I stayed at this hotel for one night only. It is very close to the airport and excellent shuttle service. The staff at the front desk was great. Dedrie was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Totally recommended.
They have a security guard. He is busy. From checking in and hearing a report of someone smoking in their room to complaining about a party next door to us at 10 PM with an early flight to catch, they need security. Kids were laying all over the furniture in the lobby. A ton of people walked off the elevator for the pool. It's just a bit much for a brief stay over. The sink leaked out everything that went down it. Paper thin walls. I travel for work often and this was not to a standard I'm accustom to. However, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was decent and well attended and the rest of the room was adequate aside from the sink. We may have just gotten unlucky with the neighbors. However, we won't be staying near the airport next month when I travel here again. A better hotel and getting up early will be well worth it.
I had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant. Welcomed with a smile by my waiter Ahkeem and wonderful bartender Laura. Great service and good food. Loved the friendly atmosphere and the presentation of the food. I'll be sure to return.
We checked in at about 8am. Upon entering my room I could see the A/C filter. From my angle it looked disgustingly dirty. I called the front desk and asked for it to be changed. Thetecwas no maintenance person available so the manager came up with a couple new filters. Upon removing the A/C cover we could see it was by no means dirty. It eveb had a install daye written on it. Less tham 30 days ago.I felt pretty bad. He was extremely courteous and friendly. The room was large, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I love the blackout blinds. Work great.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Had everything I needed. Comfortable bed. Easy access in and out to Roosevelt Boulevard. In-house restaurant nice-looking and good food. Walking distance to other restaurants and stores, so all the advantages of downtown without the traffic issues. My new spot in Northeast Philly!
Spent an evening at the Four Points prior to an early morning flight. Booked there specifically because of the Park and Fly option...we could leave our car there for the duration of our trip (5 days - although I think you can stay up to 10). We did not book through the hotel website but through a Park and Fly website and got an amazing rate...not much more than if we drove down to Philly early in the morning and used the economy lot and certainly much more convenient. The room was clean - and although very close to the highway there were no noise issues. The hotel shuttle got us to the airport quickly and we didn't wait long for it to show up upon our return. We were able to park our car right next to the hotel for the duration of our trip in a very secure and obviously well lit spot. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for something near the airport.
Stayed here for work one night and left highly disappointed. The room was fairly clean except for the a/c unit that was leaking water and had filters that were months past due of changing. They were easily visible by the broken cover hanging off unit. I arrived on a red eye flight and when i wanted to eat around 2pm, the restaurant was closed. No driver was on duty to take me anywhere so I tried to walk to the nearest food and there are no sidewalks. You have to walk on the road, which i did for a while but then turned around. 4 points properties are getting dumpy and this is no exception.
