We've stayed here on their Park n Fly package. Reasonably priced for 1-night stay and parking for your vehicle while you're away. Frequent shuttles to the airport. Good food in the on-site bistro. It's not the Ritz, but you're not paying for the Ritz either.
The toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, the conditioner dispenser had molds. There was dust everywhere even on the bed's headboard. The coffee machine had some dirt and mold in it. There was a hair on the bathroom door close to the towel holder. Will never ever come back here!
I stayed the night before my flight and was 100% pleased with everything from the comfort of the bed and low noise to the great happy hour with complimentary fantastic appetizers of pulled pork sliders and barbecued ribs and a free beer in the lobby bar downstairs. Super friendly and helpful front desk. Shuttle to the airport was exactly on time.
Tamika at the front desk was super nice to me. She was friendly and helpful. Room was fine, except the air conditioner made a big clunk when the compressor turned on and off. The fragrance the maid sprayed in the room was way too strong. Also since I checked in at 11:30pm house keeping was gone and when I called down there were no foam pillows available. Over all pretty nice with the few minor exceptions mentioned above.
Stayed during 5/12-5/13/17. Walls are paper thin and can hear every conversation. People hanging out in hallways all night (understandable in room late since there was concert...we stayed out late too). Slamming doors and yelling through 5:00am. Comfortable beds but 2 days after had bed bug bites on my back and arms. I think we stayed in room# 442 but not positive. Never again.
We use this hotel as our pre-flight stay when flying out of Philly in order to be rested and not have to deal with traffic on our departure day. We have never been disappointed. Located in a secure, safe area the Four Points offers parking until your return along with speedy, friendly shuttle service. The rooms we've stayed in are clean and beds are very comfortable. There is no noticeable outside noise which is amazing considering the proximity to the airport and major highways. The on site restaurant serves a good meal. Best thing about this hotel by far is the outstanding service by the employees. Friendly, courteous people are in all areas. I must point out Traviz, from the front desk. He went above and beyond to help me straighten out a reservation and assure me "all was well." I was happy to meet both him and Randy when we checked in. We will definitely return for our next vacation.
I stayed here on 2 separate occasions this month. First time for one night and 2nd time for 2 nights . Although they have a shuttle to/from the airport I had to rent a car to go in the city . The location of this hotel was very convenient . Easy access to airport and easy access to the city . The front desk staff is always available and very friendly . The room had everything I needed for a short stay . Nothing too fancy but a very comfortable bed and clean room with the usual amenities including complimentary bottled water and coffee . I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at Four Points for the Penn Relays. The hotel's staff was great and accommodating. It is not the same level of treatment as when we stay at the Westin but staff tried their best to make us comfortable during a time when the property was near full capacity. Our issue with Four Points was the room we were initially assigned. The door was falling off, and the room had a smoky and moldy odor (staff related that all rooms are nonsmoking). We objected to the room. Staff changed the room as fast as they could. The alternate room, same type as before, was of the quality we had come to expect from SPG. From that day on, we were very pleased with the accommodations. We heard another guest in a nearby room hurling 4-letter words at her room door and realized that the experience we originally had was not unique to just one room. Where applicable, if the doors are repaired, carpet in the affected rooms cleaned, and a general spring cleaning performed in certain rooms, the accommodations would greatly improve. Now I see how despite staff's training and professionalism, separate guests could stay at a hotel, and have opposing experiences, just because of the quality of the room. The hotel has a restaurant. Breakfast ends at 10:00 a.m. but try to be seated by 9:30 a.m. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It is near to the airport, and although there are no places to visit within walking distance, it offers 24-hour shuttle. You can take the shuttle to the airport and connect to trains. This is a plus. The same shuttle serves The Sheraton and The Loft.
Nice hotel-clean and fit the bill for an unexpected stay near the airport. Just wish the bar was open so I could have a glass of wine:). Only options were expensive items near the front desk. Airport shuttle was fine, and friendly.
We did an overnight stay with a parking reservation for up to 10 days. Clean comfortable room. Great front desk staff. Bar staff was attentive and food was good. Shuttle to and from airport very prompt!
