They have Yards beer at the bar on the main floor. They know how to win the hearts of Philadelphians. The staff at the Sheraton are really nice. The hotel is very close to the airport. There is a Wawa 2 blocks away. You can even see the Wawa from the rooms. The rooms are alright. Pretty standard. Having Yards on tap was awesome. If you need a place close to the airport, this Sheraton is a nice option.
This is my second stay at this hotel and each time has been impress with the staff. The staff were ready to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I needed a can of soda, but I couldn't find it and felt lazy to go to out to the store to purchase one. I stopped at the front desk to see if the hotel carries cans of soda in it's refrigerator, unfortunately there was none. One of the staff by the name of Destiny went out to the back room and got a bottle of soda. I really appreciated her effort to ensure that my needs were met. I will stay here again!
Airport Shuttle: Pick up point wasn't so clearly labelled at the airport in my opinion, it's not super easy to work out where zone 4 is unless I missed something. Shuttle service itself though was very good. Check in: Quick and easy, pleasant front desk representative. Nice Platinum SPG recognition with a thank you and placed on SPG floor. Room: Size was fine, nice to have tea and coffee provided. Basic but clean and comfortable - the bed in particular was very nice. Housekeeping: Met a staff member in the hallway who was extremely lovely. I had chosen not to have the room serviced but she wanted to know if there was anything else I needed and was happy to provide additional water. Breakfast: Hands down the worst part of the stay. The first morning it was busy, I patiently waited to be seated but felt rushed during the ordering process. Quite possibly the worst French toast I've ever eaten in my life. The second day it was not busy but the breakfast area was still chaotic with tables not fully cleared and re-set. I was not seated for a while. Ordered the standard breakfast set which was substantially better than the French toast. Asked for hot water with lemon slices and honey. Hot water and honey came out. The cup was stained heavily on the inside with coffee and there was a lipstick mark and coffee smears on the rim of the cup where the previous guest had drunk out of it. I left it untouched. Overall the stay was good.
The hotel seemed a bit dated and half of our floor was being renovated. So there was plastic on the floor and dry wall dust on it. Luckily we were there just for the evening and left early in the morning, so we were not disturbed by the work. When we got in our room it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shuttle was prompt and the staff was friendly. Be aware there is a $10 parking charge.
Stayed here one night and was pleased by how smooth the check in process was. Upon going up to the fourth floor, I was initially concerned after getting out of the elevator as it looked like there was heavy water damage all through the hallway. It did smell a little musty in the hallway. But upon opening the door to the room, I was relieved to see that there was no water damage and the room actually was very comfortable. The bed was much more comfortable than expected and the entire floor was very quiet. I was able to work for a little and slept quite well. For business in the area or an early flight out I would definitely return.
Coming from one of a hard day at work and going into the bar I didn't expect such a great personality and prompt customer service. Fortunately, I met Abby and she was working at the bar. She had a genuine smile, great conversation and still was able to work the floor as prompt and in a professional manner. It made my night.
Nice hotel. About 15 minutes to downtown Beds were very comfortable . Had nice bar with local beer. Carpet on the floors needs replacing or cleaning but all in all nice place if ur trying to stay close to airport or have a layover
Didn't get cold enough in my room, but the room itself was nice. It's not a long stay hotel, it's a definitely a before/after a flight stop, but it's nice enough. The front desk guys were super friendly. As were the shuttle drivers.
Booked here July 31st ..it was the night before an early morning flight. There was a problem with hot water and they offered us a room at The Loft instead. Parked car at hotel while we were away. Transportation runs every 20 minutes. Rooms is Loft were very comfortable and staff at Four Points were very accomodating.
A really nice place near the PHL airport. however the air conditioning in my room would not go to temperatures lower than 72. It is in the 90's with high humidity in PA right now, so it was not comfortable. Also sink and bathtub did not drain properly. When I complained, they gave me a $50 credit on my bill. Probably will try again another time
