Stayed here prior to leaving Philadelphia. Clean rooms, helpful staff. Bar on main floor. Airport shuttle every 20 minutes which is really nice. Also when returning back to Philadelphia you don't have to call for shuttle - it just comes every 20 minutes.

We stood across from this hotel but ate at this hotel. Cheesesteak and fries were very good! Friendly server! Front desk was very welcoming and catered to our needs. Will return. Looking forward to another visit soon.

I was in Philly and had to stay over an extra night so I booked with spg points last minute 4000 points The room was very nice and the front desk was helpful gave us free parking and breakfast for two even though it was not officially included Only complain I have is that on my spg app it said that I get two cheers of beer on the house and I asked the bar tender he said i have to pay Otherwise was very nice to be there

Highly recommend Sheraton Four Points Philadelphia Airport due to level of service given by Jane. She works at the front desk and has been personally assisting me since I started coming to this hotel over a year ago. She not only remembers my name but knows my arrival dates and sets me up for early check in, drink tickets, and complimentary breakfast tickets. She is completely the prototype customer service representative of which the bar she has set high. Jane deserves a raise due to the residual funds she continues to bring to this property.

This will have been the third and last SPG airport property I have stayed at. I've already stayed at the Aloft and Sheraton suites which were all fairly decent properties, but this one trails the others by quite a bit. If you haven't stayed at an airport SPG property, you'll quickly realize that all three of them are right next to each other and share an airport shuttle. The four points looks fairly decent from the outside - parking lot was fairly packed the night I stayed so I had a short walk in the bitter cold. However, the lobby was warm and inviting once you get in (although the furniture looks well used). I really appreciate the wood bar, a very different vibe from the other hotels. Front desk staff was very friendly and the check-in process was smooth. I even received a free breakfast (didn't use it) that was very well appreciated. However, once I got in the elevator and got off on my floor, I could tell the stay wouldn't be amazing. The hallway wasn't dim, but very pedestrian and worn. Almost what you expect form an old motel. In fact, the room you go into is about the same as well. The sink is not next to the bathroom but in a nook by itself. It's fairly small, dark, and old. The heat in the room also took quite a while to blow enough hot air to warm up the room, i initially thought the heater couldn't keep up with the low temperature. The bathroom itself was also old and worn (but clean). The bed was comfortable there, so that was good. Outlets were placed on 1 side of the bed, and you have a flat screen tv in the room. Wi-fi worked well, didn't notice any issues there. The hotel really needs a renovation to come close to the other SPG facilities located close by. However, if you're looking for a minimalist hotel stay with a great staff, this may fit the bill.

Your team is amazing, from check in to check out and everything in between. A group of friends came for the weekend to get together and have a great weekend, Your team helped out making sure we were 1000 percent satisfied and pleased, and had never had a better hotel experience

Without doubt one of my favorite hotel experiences. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly, and very flexible, and with a group of 40 we all really appreciated this! Special shout out to Eric, John, Destiny and Russel Thank you!!!

Thank you guys. It’s my 4th time at this hotel and it always gets better. What an amazing hotel, I’ll start off with saying what amazing staff this hotel is lucky to have. From Eric the GM to Jon the FOM, Lisa from sales and even Russal from housekeeping. So friendly and fun, they made our stay so blissful. We were there with a group of approximately 30-40 people and kids this past weekend and they were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very nice and clean and very well priced as well. I’d recommend this hotel if your anywhere in the 100 mile radius. Thank you

Front desk staff like Destiny and Edwina maybe new to the property but they are not new to making a guest feel at home. Always a smile and always remember my name. There are two other properties here in the triplex but this Four Points is well rounded. It's quiet clean and comfortable making it the best value by the airport. The Sheraton Suites is under different ownership then the other two and there is just no sense of urgency there. I'm not a fan of the Aloft simply because the rooms are not my style. You will always get a smile and staff aiming to please here. Quickest shuttle ride to the airport. I usually stay leaving and returning. I travel a great deal and you look forward to a drama free place like the Four Points to help with the craziness of air travel. A lot of crew stay here and they've told me they enjoy their layovers here.Give it a chance!

Check-in was very smooth and easy, although there was some misinformation about the parking. I was told it would cost $10, yet each validation at the front desk was free. The room was nice and comfortable, but I can't say the same for the tiny gym. Breakfast was not good, so its best to select points as a platinum benefit. It was convenient to stay close to the airport but I'll probably pick elsewhere next time.
