We have used this hotel many times to park our car and spend the night before we travel. They offer a room with parking package. This allows us to stay by the airport the night before, park the car and start our vacation. The hotel shuttle will drive you to the airport and pick you up when you return. You car is safely parked in a gated parking lot. The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating. The bar is small, but the bartender has been there for years. He does a great job at keeping your glass full. They serve food at the bar and the small restaurant behind the bar. Our driver this past trip was great. Justin was fun to talk with as he shared all the local news we missed while traveling. Mostly the bad weather we avoided. I would recommend the hotel to anyone interested in a hotel convenient to the Philadelphia Airport and need a place to leave your car.
The Four Points Sheraton Philadelphia Airport is a older hotel, however is clean and has rooms that don’t carry sound. The rooms are very quiet. There is a restaurant and bar on the ground level. And the service is great. I would like to give a shout out to Jim Cartafalsa!! Jim is so enthusiastic, energetic, engaging and positive about his employment. When you speak with Jim you get a boost of energy!!! Jim, bartender, is the reason I keep coming back!! Thank you Jim for being the “Social Chemist” you are. You can have everyone at the bar engaged, where without you, it would be silent! I would like to thank each receptionist at the front desk. I have seen each and everyone of you deal with difficult customers with a smile! And you even deal with your extremely arrogant supervisor or owner with a smile. I was appalled at his disrespect and the way he barked order in front of customers. I didn’t like that. I hate to see someone disrespected!! Thank you, from one of your frequent flyers!!! ~ Nanette ~
rooms are nice sized and very clean. restaurant served good food as well as the bar. . My only gripe I would have would be in regards to parking. The hotel charges an additional $12 per day to park your car.. usually, not an issue however, parking was very hard to find(they share a lot with 2 other hotels. Also. you could hear everything going on in the hallway. I would stay here again because it is very convenient to I95 and the airport.
Stayed here for one night. Van was prompt, check in was pretty easy. Room was very large. Large sitting area with desk, TV, couch, and chair. Large bathroom. Good size bedroom, very comfortable bed. Slept great. No outside noise.
When you walk in, you get to see a nice lobby and it’s very well decorated. It’s close to the airport but that’s it. The rooms are very small. So small, that you can barely walk. The breakfast is also not included.
The rooms are very small, I've had bigger cabins on cruise ships. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that happens in the hallway or next-door to you. The decor is minimal and extremely outdated. The food in the restaurant would not compare to a Denny's. The best thing that could happen to this hotel is to tear it down and start over.
Destiny at guest services was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean the only problem was you have to walk across the parking lot to use the inside pool. The hotel have a pool on the premises but it's outside. My room was clean.
We had a terrible experience with our flights getting cancelled and losing a whole day of our vacation to Amsterdam. After a long day of waiting in airports and shuffling our trip around we caught the shuttle to the Four Points hotel where we were greeted by an amazing staff (I didn't catch their names but it was late on 3/1/18). They were so gracious and helpful. We were starving and the restaurant was closed- they gave us takeout menus of places that were still open that would deliver to the hotel. They were very helpful. Then in the morning we checked out with Brie and Dedrie and they were amazing also! They held our bags for us so we could check out Philly for a few hours after we checked out. They also recommended some places to grab some authentic Philly cheesesteaks. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was amazing - nice, helpful, funny and generally made the best of our bad situation. THANK YOU! xoxo PS the hotel itself is clean, modern and perfect for a restful nights sleep!
The hotel is nice nothing super fancy but has everything you need. Very comfortable beds a lot of dresser and closet space also an in room safe. You can't hear people in hallways or the highway in your room. The thing that makes this hotel better then the rest is the staff there are super friendly, they always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Dedrie, Destiny, and Nyja are all super nice, check me in fast and also help me with anything I need during my stay. All around great place to stay! Jon FOM is also super helpful!
The team at the Four Points are great. Friendly and attentive. Destiny, the front desk associate lit up the lobby with her smile. She quickly checked me in and got me moving towards my room. I look forward to my next stay at this property. Thanks to all.
