Reserved and CONFIRMED 2 days ahead for smoking room. There was no smoking rooms. NO shampoo, hair dryer, coffee pot, restaurant, or gift shop. Saw small black dots on both beds. Took some tape and took some of them home. Looked under a microscope and those little black dots had little black legs!!! BED BUGS!!! The pool was covered and was not allowed access to picnic area. There was 2 "gentlemen" sleeping / living inside by the entrance door to our section. Left their trash/belongings there. There was another "gentleman" walking around the courtyard and asked if we were interested in any "entertainment". For a cheap overnight stay I would say "maybe" but any longer than that I would say AVOID this place. Seriously.GO ELSEWHERE!
Good
This is a brothel. This was confirmed by the Lyft driver that picked me up to go to the airport to escape this place. That would have actually been okay with me, but it is the single most disgusting place I have ever been. I stay at Motel 6s fairly regularly, but never again. There was dog urine on my floor and furniture where a dog hiked their leg and the room hadn't been cleaned. There was an Air Tag tracker left in there, which was creepy. At 10pm, someone knocked on my door asking to get on my balcony to jump onto the one next door after they accidentally locked their 2-year-old in the room. Then at 5:30am someone was trying to get in the room. They had been given a key by the front desk. I called the front desk and let them know what happened and she blamed me, blaming me for not checking out on time at first (I had just checked in), and when she bothered to look up my name and reservation she then blamed me for being in the wrong room. I told her I had been in the room all night, clearly had a key for that room, and had the paper the woman who checked me in had written the number on. Then at 9:30am there was a fight in the hall outside my door. Pieces of the ceiling were falling on the bed, there was 1 plug that didn't work (so no charging phone to call 911 if needed), the cloth shower curtain had molded (washing machine?? Come on guys), Q-tips stuck in the shower rod, I could go on but I am out of characters for the review. I can't believe I paid for that.
Long Hallway was a Marijuana dump as far as smell, whereas the room was having a mold and regular smoke "scent". Cigarette-Burned bed linnen, topped it off. Otherwise, probably fine for a particular clientele.
Not bad for what you pay for... Stay coo... A spot to chill or hook up with shawty

The bed smelled I slept on the floor the bathroom had blood on the walls and the bed spread and sheets had burn stains on them
Very professional and friendly staff, very nice amenities, and if you get a 2nd floor room, you get a balcony. Shopping mall is minutes away. Nothing to complain about at all here.
The worst experience ever! They lost my reservation and threw me out because they thought I raised my voice when I about it. I do not recommend staying there!
Enjoyed my stay here. Front desk was very helpful. Clean room. Hard bed.
My boyfriend was upset he found condos trash next to the bed and a roach was in the bathroom the staff were okay though
The room was smelling very bad, even though we took non smoking room. I doubt if the bed was queen size! Even if you walk through the corridor this unusual smell, odor was there. The only positive thing was it was near to the place where we had work.
The air conditioner was not working right it didn't keep the room cool at all only until when it kicked on like at 3 a.m. then it kept it cool but throughout the day it wasn't

Dear Kinsey, I sincerely want to apologize on behalf of Motel 6 our location was going through a clean out phase which was necessary. We hoped it would not affected our guest in your letter shows us how it did and for that I'm sorry. Ownership and I have hired some amazing new team members and placed orders for some much needed replacement items for the guest rooms and tools for our staff to be successful. We have also implemented several customer service training while on-boarding new members empowering them to take care of the guest. Our goal over the next few months will be to clear out, clean up and cheer in a new beginning.
