Right next to Redding market.

Bed cover need change.

Everyone was so friendly its close to all the great areas

This property is a half a block from the convention center however this property is in need of major renovations I don’t know when the last time the carpet in the hallway had been cleaned it has big stains in it the beds and the mattresses are old there the facility where the dining area is you can see that the couches where you have the tables are worn from people thousands of people sliding in and out of them and the hotel front desk staff was very unfriendly to my roommate had the nerve to ask if she had a head of ID when we were putting our names in well of course we had an ID they know we just came in and we flew there from California it’s just ridiculous. We asked for housekeeping service for the whole week housekeeping didn’t come to our room for four days and there were three women in that room we did exactly what the hotel staff asked us to do and they failed to follow through we had to get the housekeeping manager up to our room in order for housekeeping to come if you’re looking for a full kitchen it is not a full kitchen it does not have a stove it has a hot plate so but all in all for what I needed it for it was convenient to the convention center because I was there for a convention but like I said this hotel is in need of a major major renovation

The staff was extra awesome!

Breakfast was not good any day. Bathroom was out of order in the lobby. My remote in my room did not work at all even after replacing the batteries. There is a bad bearing in the refrigerator in room 824 which was my room. It was so loud you could not sleep.

I've stayed at this property before, and the standard of cleanliness and overall upkeep has severely gone done. Firstly, we were given keys to someone else's room upon arrival, all their belongings were out (as they should be, it was their room), but I was in it! Easily could be done to me and my belongings. Upon entering our room, it didn't smell clean whatsoever. Stains on the sheets (looked like blood as they were brown), stains on the white towels, stains on the couch cushion, stains all over the carpets - I wouldn't allow my children to take their shoes off in the room. We booked there because of location and previous stay. The pool wasn't open because of "covid", meanwhile the Marriott across the street had their pool open. We checked out at 8am the next day, after being there 14 hours. I expressed my concerns, front desk didn't offer any type of compensation. Will never stay again.

Nice property in a good, walkable area of center city. Reading Terminal Market is just across the street, and it's a great place to stay if you're headed to the convention center. Chill, comfortable lobby with decent morning breakfast. Rooms have a full kitchen, which is nice even if you don't want to cook. Roomy suites with fairly comfy beds.

We were in town for a concert at the City Winery. Everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Nice and new facility. Close to convention center and University City.

It’s newly renovated. We arrived with dishwasher has a dirty dishes, made me wonder if the room is really cleaned. There’s no dishwashing liquid and no fish scrub, has to ask from hotel staff. The aircon is noisy. When I ran the dishwasher it’s alao very noisy and took a very long time to finish

Everything was great except check-in, which was slow because rooms weren't coming online fast enough from housekeeping — but Rafael at front desk handled it like a PRO! He was amazing under pressure.

We had to wait after 5:15 pm to get in the rooms. Covid is over but still everyone has that excuse. The breakfast is just a bagel and cream cheese. It could be better variety.

Staff very helpful and friendly Room was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies Hotel very close to reading market and convention center

My husband, myself and our three kids ranging from 12-3 stayed here for a weekend get away. We stayed in a room with two double beds and pull out sofa. The “gentleman” who checked us in was less than a gentleman and seemed irritated that it took me a moment to get my ID out. Whatever. The room, upon entering was relatively clean. There were “leftovers” in the freezer from a previous occupant. The toilet and shower were clean but the paint was tired. My number one complaint...the beds SUCK. The website states “premium bedding”, but the mattress was like sleeping on cement. I expect more from a Hilton, especially at the price I paid. I mean, if I can afford a pillow top mattress at home...why can’t the Hilton? I would not stay here again based on that alone. After a day of walking in Philly, all I wanted was a hot bath (and there was no tub) and a good night’s sleep. I got nether.

Location is close and walkable to all sites and city attractions.
