Great location, affordable price, and convenient Kitchen/Breakfast Home2 is a great location at the center of Philadelphia, next to Phili Convention Center. It has walkable distance to China town and to shopping stores. The parking is next to the hotel (reserved parking online ahead time) . Rooms are clean and also have a convenient kitchen. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is excellent as continental level with multiple choices of buffet including in the room booking price.

The location of this hotel is wonderful - right near the reading market and lots of Philly gems within walking distance. The breakfast was handy, but gets overcrowded quickly & the layout of the buffet is illogical & clumsy to navigate. We had two significant issues that were not handled well. Housekeeping makes up rooms every other day, & despite asking to have our room made up 3xs, one by the manager who told us he would see to it himself ASAP (which of course, did not happen). we got back at nearly midnight with our two young kids, to find that our room was still not made up. garbage was overflowing, no towels, no TP - it was gross. We called for a 4th time & housekeeping was done for the night. The second issue, which was MUCH more concerning is that we found a large chef's knife next to the pull out bed that our children were sleeping on. We were folding the couch in, and moved the side table, and right next to where my two little kids were sleeping - was a knife. I contacted the manager, and he said the knife did not come from the hotel. His response bothered me, and he was also the manager who said he would get the room made up and it didnt happen, so during a different time of day, i told a different manager about this, and he was much more concerned (his name was Phillipe) and he offered some Hilton Rewards points. We will never forget the knife story and how easily that could have gone very badly.

This is a hotel that needs updates to the rooms and much more attention to maintenance. The staff were efficient and friendly and the room was reasonably clean. However, the bathroom had black mold growing in it, the toilet seat did not fully cover the rim and was off-center, the fan in the bathroom did not work at all, and the sink drain was incredibly slow.

This was our 3 rd year with you for convention time so never wven looked when booked as soon as we knew date for convention so disappointed when we checked in and found out no pool --next year sad to say need find another hotel whoke reason puck hotels is pool

All was well with the stay, staff and property was great. Only problem for me and my boys was the tv was lagging during the nfl divisional weekend! Games were pausing at crucial times to the point that my sons and I had to rush to the lobby to finishing watching the games. Besides that the hotel is at a great location right across the street from the reading terminal market (great food and drinks). Also no hotel parking, but spot right nice door is convenient but a little pricey at $65 a day.

We were here for five days. The breakfast was not good. The pantry items were outdated and stale, while being overpriced. The dryers had one functional, the other was down. The one functional one took almost $20 to get our clothes dry from ONE load. Our room was dirty and my wife found two roaches in the morning of the second day. We changed rooms and it wasn’t any better. Only thing going for this hotel is the location.
