Excellent suite was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location was amazing with Chinatown and reading market easily accessible.

nice hotel. close to everything. bed is not too comfortable, not bad though. everything else is excellent.

The hotel was great with the exception of not being able to log into a VPN to work

Everything was perfect for a vacation but not for a business trip as they have a firewall which blocks all VPN access. There is a panera next door but closes at 9pm

Comfortable rooms with a great location for Philadelphia sites

Little apartment fun to use. Could have used one full desk per person but not a big deal. Parking tricky, but this is right downtown, so expected. The bell man, "T," is a sweetheart. Only two flies in an otherwise soothing ointment: 1. All those gorgeous photos of berries on the free breakfast are "suggestion only." They do not actually exist. 2. The day we checked out was T's day off and we had to schlep our own stuff. They had not yet hired a second bellman. Other staff offered help, but I just asked for a cart and did it myself.

We loved the modern and clean facilities located in the perfect spot. Just across the street to Reading Market and centrally located for all sightseeing.

Great experience. Friendly service. The breakfast was perfect to have a quick healty start to the day. We were late to breakfast the second day but one of the managers, Juan, was kind enough to give us some food to take back to our room.

Very convenient location, right in the center of the city. Complimentary breakfast beats my expectation.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We called down to ask for more towels and they arrived within 3 minutes--very impressive because we called at 10:30 on a Saturday night.

In the heart of Centre city. Close to a lot of attractions, shopping spots and places to eat. Nice clean cozy room. I highly recommend. Worth the price!

This hotel was great for us as tourists- walking distance from independence mall sites. Parking confusing and expensive. Entered on 12th st Public lot, but fine when settled in. Good breakfast. Room good with lots of amenities, even our mini suite.

I was guaranteed by Orbitz that there would be parking for our 8' custom van at the hotel. My husband and I have medical issues so it was a great inconvenience to have to walk to a open lot to park and return to the hotel and then to do the same to retrieve our vehicle.

The pool was tiny, my kids were disappointed. Overall the breakfast and hotel staff was excellent.

Could not have asked for a better hotel location . The hotel was comfortable and really enjoyed the complimentary coffee availability.

I loved everything with my stay. Staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean. It was located near China town and in walking distance to shopping area.

The hotel is directly across the street from Reading Terminal Market and is a few blocks from a rather lively night-life scene. Skip the breakfast that is provided, it was basically picked through before 8:30 am. Great staff and the rooms looked fresh and clean. Would certainly revisit.

This was our first time at Home 2 Suites. One slight snag: at check in, we were told the room had one king bed, not two queens as we had booked. The clerk told us that I didn't select queen when I booked so in that case, they assign. I believe that when I booked, I wasn't given a choice the site just said 2 queen beds. But it didn't matter. The room was comfortably furnished, even had a full size fridge, a big window with a blackout blind as well as an opague one a huge shower with dispensers for shampoo and body wash a comfy couch and good lighting. It was super clean. The high tech toilet had a water saving flush option, and there were recycling bins in the hall. Very well designed hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff in a great location. Room had everything you could ask for. Public parking only, 37 for 24 hours.

very convenient location near from everithing, just across the convention center and reading Market, walking distance for all you need, comfy room, with all you need, no room service, basic brakefast included, and average service.
