After we checked in I learned that the fitness center which we had all planned to use for all the days had a broken AC unit and it was 90 degrees in there. I would not have checked in had I know the fitness center was so hot. There were rooms available at the Marriott across the street where I usually stay. It seems deceptive that the staff did not inform us of this. The AC was broken on the entire ground floor and it’s not their fault but I do think a good customer service gesture would be something like free cold beverages. The staff did not apologize at all. They didn’t even put a fan in there. The hotel daily parking is $58+ if you want in and out privileges The soap and shampoo amenities were nice. The checkin staff were very nice. The pillows were rather lumpy so if that matters to you I would not recommend this hotel The food options in the area are fantastic

The hotel lobby and common area were not air conditioned. Extremely warm and uncomfortable. Rooms were fine. The breakfast service was not good.

Our stay was great. Alicia, at the front, was amazing. Made us feel very welcome. Each time she saw us, she remembered us and said hello. It was a a very pleasant stay. Beds and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable, but still sleepable :)

The hotel was overall nice however I was disappointed to find that there are no handicap accessible accommodations for showering. I was unable to request a shower chair as the staff stated the do not carry those as people shower in their wheelchair and that is impossible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone needing special accommodations.

July 4, 2025 Family Weekend Gathering

The only negative that I can say about my stay is that the air conditioning was not working in the lobby. Also, no one told me when I signed in that room service would not be daily. I loved the 24 hour coffee and tea bar. However, since it was summer, a 24 hour fruit infused ice water station would have been nice.

The beds were so terrible that it gave us backpain, requested the front desk to change the room and their response was negative. The room was not cleaned. The experience was terrible and I request for refund of my hard earned money.

OMG the front desk employee who took care of me was fantastic (sorry I forgot her name) she definitely deserves a huge raise very friendly informative and a great personality great representation of this hotel. It's a bit tricky to find using Google maps you drive by it before you realize the parking garage next door is really the best place to park Location across from the reading terminal market is perfect Lived the place would stay there again rooms were nice no complaints

Good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet each morning. Towels could be bigger and softer. We requested someone to fix our blind but no one ever came to do that. Would still give a five-star rating despite the above.

Nice size room but it was not the cleanest. There were stains on the curtains and bed sheets. The lobby was extremely warm and the line for food in the morning was extremely long to wait in the heat. The staff were very sweet

For a Hilton, this hotel is not the standard that the customers expect. When I checked in, the desk attendant conveniently said that the hotel has NO parking. How does a hotel like HILTON is made without its own parking? Even if the hotel does not have its own parking system, then they should atleast validate their customers parking! The $63 parking expense for 24 hours was EXPENSIVE and very inconvenient. Furthermore, the hotel does not have a fan inside the bathroom. How is it that a hotel like HILTON does not have fans in its bathrooms? Mind you, it was not just a regular room that I was staying in. It was a room + Kitchenette and they don’t have this basic amenity. This place is really a rip off.

We love the Home2Suites brand. Great rooms and breakfast. The rooms were a bit dirty, though, and the AC in the common areas was not working (making these areas a bit uncomfortable).

Home 2 truly feels like that. From the size of the rooms, the large TV, the as comfortable as you'd expect from a bed and coych used bu many people, the larhe fridge, the microwave. A true suite. Breakfast is basic but fresh fruit and the delectable egg bites. Reading Terminal directly across and if therr for a convention, the ease to the center. Highly recommend.
