Staff was *very* helpful. The hotel restaurant had little to offer. Rooms were small.

upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed, its like they were waiting for us! it was my husbands bday and our first time in Philly, the staff did not disappoint. our view was beautiful and any minor issues were addressed and rectified immediately! thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the bar & staff knowledge about the surrounding area. we will be back!

This is an intimate property with lots of privacy and first class service. The restaurant Muse was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Below average corporate chain hotel trying to be upscale. Had I known that Le Meridien was a Marriot Chain, I wouldn't have chosen it.

Stayed there for two nights. First thing we noticed was that the hotel is clearly understaffed: only one person in the front desk at 3:15 PM which is right after check in begins, with a long line of people and having a hard time handling everything. It took ages. We understand that we are recovering from a pandemic but they need to step up. No assistance provided with luggage handling upon arrival or depature despite there being a person assigned for the job. The facilities are okay, I didn't like that many spaces seemed super dark, including the room itself. The property is huge, the walk from the elevator from some rooms can be quite long and can get bothersome with large suitcases. The room was fine, although we got a room with no view (it faced the wall of a neighboring building), nice bed and good linens. The bathroom was pretty good with quality ammenities. OK, one thing I did not like is that the area has so many homeless people all the time, many of them don't mess with you but some of them are shouting and can bother you and it gets annoying; I am from a Latin American coutry and even I felt unsafe there, especially after dark. If visiting again I would consider staying in another area.

Walking distance to restaurants, shops, sights. Staff is lean but the ones who were there tried their best to be helpful and courteous.

I liked the design of the interior. The room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk was responsive to my requests. The only problem was that the front desk people would not help me get a taxi to the airport. They did direct me to the valet director who had a contact. This seems very odd to me.

We enjoyed our stay. Too bad the restaurant was closed, but we understand it was not up to the hotel. Ice machine didn’t work and we had to use one from another floor. It felt quite unsafe walking back to the hotel in the evening, sooo many homeless people. I don’t see anything like that in our hometown so it made me quite uncomfortable. Other than that everyone was nice and the way the hotel is set up was quite interesting.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and Le Meridien is part of their hotels. I have stayed at a few other Le Meridien's around the US and have always had a pleasant stay so booked this one in Philadelphia. The hotel was really dirty. My room said it was cleaned but looked like it hadn't been. There was a used towel in the bathroom when I arrived. I asked the front desk if there was cleaning service during COVID and they said yes, but no one came to clean my room. The floors hadn't been vaccuumed and the tables were dusty. There was a fly in my room, and all the clean towels (I really hope they were clean) were very tattered. I will never stay at this hotel again and with all the options in Philly for a reasonable price, I wish I had just cancelled but I was in a rush getting to a wedding and couldn't figure out another place. Literally I couldn't wait to get home after the weekend and take a shower in my home to wash off the stay.

This is a great hotel and super location. There is a parking garage down the street and used it instead of hotel parking. The bathroom was not as clean as it needed to be.

Location was nice, staff was great, overall a very relaxing time, i will recomend and look foward to the next visit to philadelphia...

Front desk staff was very cool under pressure. It was busy but they handled everything with a smile. Bartender was great. Room excellent. We’ll be back!

Overall it was a nice and clean building. The outside is typical city but it was close to everything I needed for my stay.
