Very clean and spacious properly, with comfortable beds and crisp linens. Close to center city Philadelphia but far enough away to feel like you’re in a separate neighborhood. The host is very responsive as well. I definitely recommend this property

This condo was very nice! It's three steep levels plus the rooftop, with the master suite and kids' room on the 3rd floor so get ready for a climb. Everything was clean and orderly when we got there. Checkout was easy too. Checkin instructions were provided after I asked, less than 24h before arrival, and I had to ask for checkout instructions too; not sure where the disconnect was but make sure you get those instructions. The view out the master bedroom French doors was incredible. Nice thick memory foam mattresses, great water pressure for your shower, fluffy towels when you get out, quiet nights with no neighbor noise.

Perfect Rowhouse!!!

This Vrbo was not only immaculate but much larger than expected. The check-in was super easy, the owner was super responsive and pleasant and the view was beautiful. Parking was a bit tough but we made it work. Definitely staying here again if the opportunity arises.

Our Go To Rental in Philly

We have stayed at this VRBO twice in the last 9 months. It's a spacious home with lovely amenities and the rooftop deck is awesome! Communication with the hosts is always efficient and positive.

Dirty!

This property was well equipped, but poorly kept. We had to pay a large cleaning fee, so naturally expected the place to be clean, but it was filthy! From food grime on/in the refrigerator and microwave to spit on the bathroom sink faucets. We even found a used toothbrush in the sink cabinet drawer. There was dirt and hair everywhere: on the floors and baseboards, in the showers (mold too!)… disgusting! We contacted the owner and the only offer was to have a cleaning crew come in WHILE we were there! We naturally did not want to be disturbed by a cleaning crew during our short 3-day stay for something that should have been done PRIOR to our arrival! They would not reimburse us even a portion of the cleaning fee. Obviously, they just don't care about their guests! The linens/towels did seem to be clean, but really who knows?! I question what they use the cleaning fee for. Also, parking is tricky, as there is no designated space for this property and the nearest (pay) parking lot is few blocks away. We do not recommend staying here!

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and an easy walk to Main Street. Rooftop was great. The parking pass was really helpful. Parking in Manyunk is a challenge, so having the lot nearby was huge. If you are staying in Manyunk would definitely recommend.
