The property was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. I was thankful that they let us check in early. The hotel is within walking distance to the stadiums. I would stay here again

Good place to stay when traveling but the restaurant was closed which was very inconvenient

Had difficulty with check in even after calling twice to explain my unique situation. Manager was helpful, after she finally arrived, but regular front desk staff were poorly trained, unable to help and unprofessional in managing sensitive personal information - leaving me very frustrated. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and location was excellent for our needs.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the proximity to Lincoln Financial Field. The area surrounding the property is unkempt with construction areas and lots of trash. The room was outdated but was in reasonable condition. The round layout of the building means rooms are close to the elevator - you can hear at lot of sounds. The sink faucet and toilet paper bar fell of (parts needed to be tightened). Coffee machine in room was missing the tray to hold coffee pouch, however when I told the front desk they promptly sent up maintenance that addressed it quickly. Be aware that coffee dispensers in the lobby look like self service but you need to pay $6 to get a cup. We had breakfast in the hotel. When ordering an item off the menu described as egg muffin with sausage gravy, the dish received was cold ham cuts with melted cheddar on a muffin with a very heavy dollop of fig jam. When we mentioned this in not as described on the menu, we were told the menu was incorrect. As we were not informed in advance, I had this item removed from our bill, but at that point we didn't have time to order another breakfast. We stayed 2 nights and it was fully prepaid reservation (using Orbitz). At check-in this was acknowledged, however a $100 hold was required for 'incidentals'. After a 'seamless' checkout, I noticed a charge on credit card for the full 2 nights stay, essentially I was double billed. This has since been resolved but took unnecessary effort and time. Good thing I noticed!

Property was clean n great bed

It’s not around this place & playing to parking is ridiculous!!

The whole place is gross and the room was missing coffee(but charged me $6 downstairs), dirty towels, doors that done close. It was just all not great.

Walking distance to the stadiums and the neighborhood on the way was safe. Dining options at the hotel restaurant were basically non-existent, but there is a diner address the street. Only coffee in the room was decaf and they charge for a coffee cup in the lobby which was a turn-off. But we chose for convenience to the stadium so for that it was a plus.

It was OK for the Broad St Run bc it was walkable to finish line. But i would not specifically recommend this location

Our room smelled like pot horribly, the doorknob to the bathroom was broken off and the bathroom faucet handle was not attached. Total lack of care for the property. No coffee available in the lobby in the early morning for those flying out early and, if you do want coffee, you have to buy the cup at the desk. Just not a place I’d recommend for a decent stay.

Hotel was ok but lower end guests made it unbearable with noise. Shuttle driver was not prompt and had to take an Uber. Never again

Was very noisy.

Good place

Everything was good

I had booked this property for two nights Friday/Saturday but ended up needing to adjust to only Saturday night. Because of the Eagles game the price for Saturday night had tripled since I booked and technically I should have either kept my reservation for the two nights or paid the increased cost for Saturday night. The staff at Orbitz and the Radisson worked together to make the exception. We greatly appreciated this accommodation and recommend this hotel for anyone going to a Philly sporting event!

Great location and service

The shuttle driver was really friendly. There’s a cute diner across the street and it’s really accessible to the airport.

Wi-Fi didn’t work Tv didn’t work No breakfast No heat/AC

it was a good stop
