Best possible location for a pirates game! And convenient restaurants for take out or a drink after the game! Hotel & staff were awesome! Only complaint was city noise which I should have expected by staying in the heart of the city.

Excellent hotel, very clean, and friendly service. It's convenient to the trolley and the Andy Warhol museum and there are a few restaurants/bars nearby. My only complaint is that the indoor pool was too cold to swim in.
We liked the location of the property being directly across from the stadium. It was also near several other attractions that were within walking distance. However, the property didn't have any luggage carriers and we could not park out front so we had to make several trips with our luggage.

We came to town for the game at Heinz Field and the hotel. The hotel is in a great location (right across the intersection from PNC Park) with a 10 minute walk to the football game. There is a great sports bar (Mike's) the next block over which the hotel gives you a coupon for. Huge beer selection, good food, and beyond great service and perfect stop before the game! Upon entering the room you could tell it had been sanitized. Barely saw anyone else during our stay. The grab-and-go breakfast was nice to take as we left. Staff wore masks and were extremely friendly! Would definitely stay again!
Staff were excellent. Rooms were clean & well stocked. The room we had was next to the parkway so it was very loud all night. The smoke detector had a flashing strobe type effect that kept glaring in my eyes. Would be sure not to get room 902 again! The shuttle service was also outstanding. Very prompt.

Thank you for the nice review. Im sorry that the pool was to cold to swim in, it's not heated so we try to keep the pool room really warm to try and help.
