You are forced to use valet parking which is too expensive. The drivers should point out where the luggage trolleys are (which are inside).

I was disappointed. The room was too hot and there was no way to control the airco temperature. The bathroom dorr would not stay open. The toilet paper was really far from the toilet and hard to reach.
Sink didn’t drain in master. Shower didn’t fully turn on Heat didn’t work in bedroom
Good location for me. I would prefer self-parking, but safety may not have allowed it in this part of oakland.
Great location near Pitt. Great service in the restaurant. Halls were noisy as there are conference rooms and public bathrooms on each floor.
The shower door was held closed by using Velcro. The bathtub sides were falling apart. The carpet, furniture...basically the entire hotel needs to be updated.
Clean hotel with a view of the Cathedral and Frick Park. From the 9th floor, 4th of July fireworks were visible. Walking distance to campus, great restaurants, with conveniently CVS around the corner. $20 in/out parking was great but they were short staffed and we always needed to wait 10 minutes to get our car. Street Parking is free on Sundays, so we moved our car. Sunday morning breakfast was very crowded - 15 minutes to get seated and 15 minutes to get custom scrambled eggs, so we left. The World Cup Final was playing, so all of us wanted to watch it in the lobby together but the staff didn’t know how to turn on the TV properly (said it wasn’t working for months now) so we connected an iPad to the TV and streamed it. Free fresh coffee and tea were always available in the lobby. The lobby bar was a bit pricey - $13 for a Moscow Mule. We had young kids with us and staff didn’t mind that they were running around or tossing a beach ball around empty common areas. Overall, great place and we’ll stay again.

property was "ok" but not as nice as a more modern facility next to an expressway entrance would be for an overnight. The pricing was a bit confusing, Booked via Orbitz, Paid via Orbitz , got a receipt under my door for less than the Orbitz price but then they tried to charge for breakfast. Parking is limited, Valet service si $20, not mentioned in Orbitz writeup.
Short trip, but excellent hotel. we were in and out of valet service many times. Quick and easy!
Will not visit a Hilton facility on future trips. No internet at either of the Hilton hotels as advertised.
