Stayed here for a girls trip to checkout Pittsburgh, it is about a 15/20 min distance to downtown but it was extremely cheaper to stay here & receive airport shuttle service! Most of the staff was amazing and went out of their way to provide food service the others weren’t rude but just kind of there

The hotel was easy to get to and pretty quiet considering the location. We needed to use their airport shuttle offer; however, they didn’t have a driver available so they paid for a taxi.

The hotel, room and amenities were excellent, but I was disappointed in the "pet friendly" options. The pet relief areas were small strips of grass and almost nonexistent. I booked this hotel because it was pet friendly and I was given a room on the 4th floor. Difficult for my senior dog to go up and down the stairs to relieve himself. Next time I will stay at Drury Inn which has more relief to offer. This Hampton has a nice well lit garage, but one needs to take the elevator to check in. During midnight hours no one was manning the desk, found one employee asleep in the breakfast area- didn't even wake up when I entered the hotel. No sense of security. Also there was a beep each time I got out of the bed- what's with that? Never had that experience before.

Shirt staffed. I had ti wait at desk over 20 minutes in order to get towels. Our room was filthy. Long hairs in the bath tub, a ring forming in the toilet. Large brown blood stains on the pillow (not the case). We only had 1 towel in our room. The same 2 ladies worked all day for 2 days in a row, but they couldn't keep up with everything. They were nice and tried. Stayed here many times, but this was the last.

The facility is nice and welcomes pets. Our room was okay, but not great. Bath was clean but adjustable shower head was broken, shower curtain was too short so water sprayed onto the floor. Duvet was stained; mattresses were old, felt lumpy and creaked.

We drove from Buffalo for the Pitt Panthers/Notre Dame game. The price was steep, especially when I can stay for half the price on a non football weekend. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very nice. The beds were comfortable but the pillows made us laugh. Flat and or bumpy. The sofa sleeper wasn't what was shown when I booked the rooms and the lock was broken on the bathroom door. Didn't matter to the adults, but my granddaughter had a fit. All in all, it was good and not so good. If it wasn't almost $300 a night, I'd have no complaints. Thank you

Hallway carpets were extremely stained and dirty. The rooms were ok, but our deadbolt didn’t work. Staff was helpful and friendly. Typical breakfast, quality and type. Wouldn’t stay there for breakfast.
