This property was not what we expected. We were just passing through and needed a clean place to stay with out large dog and infant. The room was visibly dirty - neither wanted to use the shower or bed. Would not stay again.

Used wrinkled sheets with crumbs in the bed. A clearly used towel.

Checked in one night after sesame place. The check in process was smooth and the receptionist was friendly and listened to what we preferred - a quite room. Room was clean and I was overall very pleased. Only thing is beds are full sized, so keep that in mind when booking for anything over 4 people.

I was not happy when we first check in to are room. Call the front deck tell them toilet was plug and it overflow little bit. Was told to come to get a plunger Iand plugged it myself they did not have anyone at that there to help. this was round 3 30 pm when I checked in.

The bedroom i stayed in with my daughters and my wife smelled of old cigarettes. There was marijuana right outside the door rolled up in a cigarette which still smelled. The property said "no smoking" "smoke free" but everyone was smoking. At one point I went down to the parking lot and there where people drinking and one woman was walkikg around with a tazer in her hand and kept sparking it. This place was very sketchy, I would never put my family through such an unsafe environment again. Really poorly kept property, the smoking was terrible and there was only one person for the entire property. Even check in took forever because that one person at check in was away helping someone to their room.

There were no computers available to print a boarding pass for my return flight home. I had to go across the highway to a Marriott Courtyard and ask permission to use their computer. They were nice enough to say yes.

Room needs to be more clean. They should have continental breakfast or at least water or soda in the minirefrigerator.

The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful! I didn't like that there were joints and broken glass on the sidewalk right outside my room.

They charge me twice. For 150 I get way better stay elsewhere

This property is a crime infested hellhole! Obvious drug deals going on. Obvious prostitution going on. I was scared there as a woman traveling alone. I question Orbitz's judgment having such a place in the portfolio. Noise and people running around and riding the elevators all night long as women moved to rooms and men speaking foreign languages arguing outside all night long. A nighmare. Staff was polite, buyt I am sure there are aware of that's going on there. This property is near sesame Place. DO NOT BRING A FAMILY WITH KIDS HERE!

The young lady at checkout yesterday afternoon about 3:30 would not listen to my telling her my check out was for june 25 not june 24. I had to pay for another night stay just to get my cats and belongings out of the room. When i turned the key back in roughly half later she was surprised tjat o was really was leaving.

Near Sesame Place shops and places to eat. Rooms are okay and ample free parking. If you want an inexpensive place to lay your head it is perfect.

This place is terrible. No sugar coating. No way they should be charging people $100 per night to stay here. The rooms are ridiculously small. They're severely outdated with stucco paint on the walls and ceilings. The paint on the ceiling is chipping off. There is mold and dirt in the bathroom. The shower curtain was filthy. They knew ahead of time we were a family of four coming and when we arrive to the room there's only two towels in the bathroom. I've been to plenty of hotels with similar rates and had a much better experience. You don't have to pay a bunch of money to have a great experience at a place to rest but you shouldn't be sleeping in a dump regardless of the price. The staff is very nice but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for the dump that this hotel is. It’s more like a hour by hour hotel and not a legitimate establishment.

Not bad for the price. Clean and quiet. Would stay if needed again. No frills place.

Nothing special No breakfast. No extras. Just a convenient location.

Floors were a bit dirty after showering i noticed dirt on the floor towel. Staff was extremely nice!

Quick stay over. Clean room. Quiet location. Excellent price for an area with limited options. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and safe in the room. Hardwood floors make for a more sanitary room. No breakfast but there are places near.

Hotel Staff was great but had a terrible experience. we check in late around 10 PM. Room was given to us was not cleaned yet, garbage is full of diapers, the bed is a mess and just horrible condition. Then a nice lady come over and handed us another room key. we were very tired and exhausted and had to bring all the stuff to other room with our 4yr old. seond room we found bathroom was clogged and about to over flood. Then they ask us to switch third time, by the time they find the room my son fell asleep. Very disappointed with the motel,, cleanliness and condition of the building and rooms. I will never stay again nor recommend any one with family.
