The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was just okay but it's very affordable, so of course you get what you pay for. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable.

The whole experience was not good, there was one nice young lady that said if I called I could get a refund for the first night but other than that the rest of the staff was very rude and cold. The place was not clean, they served only granola for breakfast, very much motel vibes.

I booked this hotel because it was like $20 cheaper than everything else in the area and did I regret it as soon as I got to my room. It was non smoking room however it smelled like cigarettes. The kitchen appliances were rusty and dirty. I honestly would have left if I hadn't gotten there so late and didn't have another option. The noise level was terrible everytime someone ran the sink in the room above me it sounded like my sink was turning on. The walls are thin. The ONLY positive part of my experience was the delightful front desk clerk.
The room was already damaged before we checked in. The lower kitchen cabinet was hanging off the hinge. The sink in the bathroom appeared to be falling off the wall slowly. The toilet took forever to drain as the lever was not working properly. There was a hole in the wall next to the pipe behind the toilet.

Dirty floors, Brocken drain in tub, clogged sink, bad/cheap mattress. Everything is outdated. No real breakfast. No one cleaning the room, only after 7 days of stay. Poor business model. And all that for $120 a night...It felt like we are staying in cheap 45 dollar motel.
The smell of the room was awful. The room I requested was for two beds and they only had a single bed when I arrived. The room was non-smoking but it smelled like someone just smoked a ton of cigarettes in the room.
It was a dump. They only clean the room if you ask. The front desk people do not seem to like their job.
