We come twice every other week. A little dated but clean. The staff Helen and Sean are the best, they always make us feel welcome and we enjoy seeing them when we come. There are plenty of places to eat and shop around the area. And a WAWA !

Shawn at the front desk was very warm and friendly at check in. The property was not amazing but for the price, the distance from everywhere, and the customer service I would give them a 4/5 star rating. The complimentary breakfast was good but could use a bit more variety such as fresh fruit but the waffle maker and assorted goods were just as satisfying. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

DON'T stay here What a filthy disgraceful DUMP! Not vacuumed since forever. Broken glass vial on floor next to bed. Hair on night stand. Filth and dirt all over carpet. No soap to be found in entire hotel! Hallway carpet disgusting Loud motor cycles outside all night. Left after 1 night, of 3 night reservation. Refused refund. Total disaster. AVOID

The hotel was very dirty. Floors not swept, stains all over doors. Obvious that people were smoking in the hotel despite it not being allowed. Breakfast was poor. Food selection was limited and the waffles had a bizarre taste to them. We waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the desk to even check in. I would not stay here again.

I would have given it a fifth star but for 2 issues not their fault. One was the police were there when we came to check in apparently someone was trying to use a stolen credit card and the police let him go! Also while waiting for our uber a woman approached me to use my id to help get her a room. I said no and she said what about your husband and no again. Otherwise our stay was pleasant the coffee was good. The breakfast was truly continental. So I coul not partake.

Very poor to awful!

This hotel appears to be nearing destruction. The lobby, rooms, hallways, stairs, elevator - all need desperate repair. Entire lobby, including furniture require replacement. Rooms are in poor condition (carpet, washroom, bed, sofa - all need replacement - bathroom poor as well) Elevator is extremely shaky, and down function does not work - we were told to use the stairs Rating should be 1 - ie. a hotel of last choice(when a consumer cannot find another room)
