The first desk service was professionals and pleasant. Cleanliness, disappointing and needs to improve. Walls were dirty, love set/sofa bed needs to be replaced (looked like it had it's fair share of physical activities), microwave rack was dirty and hair from previous guess on the bathroom floor.

The family of mice in my room I was accuse of smoking and I don’t SMOKE my sheets where not change on the bed had to call to get them changed and gave me Attitude when I asked to have them change and even referred to it as popping the sheets I would never do that stay in the hotel ever again

Computer down and tired front desk staff (she was on for 14 hours). Arrived at 11pm And left at 11:30pm because the computer was locked out and I could not get a key and my prepaid room. Poor communication and service.

Bed bug bites!!!! Did get a refund though after showing a caught bug. Praying not bringing bugs or eggs back home.

The front desk associate named “Ramon” was very unfriendly and had an attitude. We asked for an extra towel and wash cloth and he didn’t give us anything. The tv didn’t have any channels it said it was going to have. I’m very disappointed by this stay.

I like the grab and go breakfast they offered at the hotel. I didn’t like the house keeping. The hotel location was terrible. Nobody picked up the phone when we got lost and couldn’t find the hotel property.

I like their grab and go breakfast in the morning. I didn’t like the staff becoming my room was dirty and I don’t care to do room service. They grab my tips but didn’t clean the room. When asked they apologise and make excuses but the room was still dirty. House maid was kind of lazy.

Walls are thin and could hear all the construction on the hotel outside my window. Door to the room does not open smoothly and must use force to get it open - fire hizard

Property was clean and ready for us at 3PM, but we had requested and hoped for early check-in due to our tough schedule. The staff was not able have a room ready for us for early check-in

Staff was great . Location under construction and people wondering around outside of building not so desirable. At times didnt feel safe

Bad neighborhood. Poor hygiene. Stains on sheets. Bath dinghy.

The hotel was dirty.lobby had papers and crumbs on carpet... our room at first glance was ok until we went to sit on the sofa that is a bed .. the arms were worn and wriped stained cushions and flat cushions. .went in bathroom and a dead roach on its back near the door slash counter of sink... there was no way i was having my daughter sleep on that sofa bed and the thoughts of roaches crawling on us at night.. sorry we got our luggage and told the man at deak ronan the condition .. and showed him the pitures of furniture and the dead roach.. i can show you also .. we want our money back .. we spent an hour in our car looking for another place to stay .. we are at the residents inn near airport which is beautiful and clean .. price point 145.oo a night .. it also has kitchen ... i want my money back or i will dispute the bill with wells fargo .... i hope you send someone to inspect this room 250 that sofa need it hit the curb for trash pick up .. thank you mrs lim
