I felt unappreciated since the flight had gotten delayed. I had to spend the night at the airport, because my flight got delayed for 12 hours. The staff did not inform me on what I could do after my flight got delayed, even a sorry would have been appreciated. I have flown with other airlines and they have been more appreciated plus caring towards their clients. Overall, my flight with American Airlines was a disaster and to top it off our luggage was also delayed; therefore, when we arrived to Dallas, we had to wait another three hours for our luggage to arrive at Dallas airport because it was on a different flight. I hope this information will be observed for future reference.
