I liked everything about the property but I think they should add some lighting in their terrace that is in between the rooms. some colored lights or something would be nice. We had a view from our room and at dark it is really dark
The hotel was super clean, rooms were clean and up to par. The food was amazing and the servers were ready to work. I would definitely recommend this hotel.. too bad COVID prohibited us from swimming or working out but definitely an amazing experience
The staff was very helpful during our stay. The hotel does offer shuttle to the airport you just have to arrange it with them. If you need to call the hotel don't use the number ending in 8050 it does not go to the hotel
Great service, love the pool just a little concern that they let alot of locals in at the pool who are not staying in.
The location is fantastic! The staff is wonderful.
Very good location on the Paseo de la Reforma. Good restaurant, good attentive staff, rooms with decent space and amenities. Small shower area and something about the shower door seemed not right to me. But this is a good hotel with comfortable beds and well located
