very very happy

Jul 17, 2019

2 out of 3 flight attendants were extremely kind and helpful. However, I experienced a disagreeable situation with the other one: I was sitting on the first seats after first class and had to use the washrooms. The trolley had just started down the aisle so I couldn't use the coach bathroom. Since I really needed to go, I went towards the first class WC. However, the flight attendant refused to let me use it, claiming that people on first class pay more to be there. I would have understood had the other WC not been blocked by the service trolley. I had an argument and eventually had to go back to my seat and wait for a good 30 minutes before I could use the restroom. I thought it was incredibly inconsiderate, considering we're in the middle of the air and I had no other options.
