more room on the sitting
Great flying experience
Everything normal and very good
Volaris is the most inconsiderate company ever our flight was canceled and the o my options they gave us was to reschedule two days later. Worst customer service ever
Flight was cancelled due to fog, Volaris refused to accommodate me in getting me on the first flight to Leon. Refused to reimburse me. Worst experience and customer service.
They overbooked my flight, so then I had to be put on another flight with two additional connections and arrived at my destination 8 hours late
The airline charges extra for everything that includes the water or soda on the plane. Bad experience.
Over sale of flt. make it impossible to get seat assignement and charges you if you dont print your boarding pass that your not allowed to print if you don't have a seat. You get to the airport and they are overbooked so you get bumped and spend hours getting on a next flight. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!
200 pesos to print your voucher, ridiculous!!
The worst service in the World. Employees were rude and delayed flights. Just the worst ever!!
The plane was delayed for more than 23 hours, based on airline negligence. We were not offered a valid explanation for the delay or any accommodations. This airline and its overall operations are truly terrible.
The whole experience was horrible to start of that we were delayed without notice or explanation they just had us filed in lines waiting for an hour. On top of that our luggages took over an hour to recieve
