Perfect trip

Overall was a pretty good flight. However we went through a lot of turbulence and I think it should’ve of been properly announced.. instead they just announce to put in your seatbelt and some people felt scared not knowing what it was. In addition this is the first plane ride that I do not hear the pilot introduce himself or even say hello. Not bad but I wouldn’t score it as one of the best.
