I arrived at the property at approximately 7:00 PM and was disappointed with the lack of information and guidance provided during check-in.
The front office representative did not share any information about the hotel facilities or amenities. As a guest, I had to ask whether parking was provided and whether it was complimentary, which should have been communicated proactively. No overview was given regarding the pool, gym, or other amenities.
Later in the evening, I had to call the front desk to ask about the pool and gym hours and location. When we finally reached the pool, we discovered that the pool was cold and that towels required a $25 deposit, information that was never shared with us in advance. This was unexpected and inconvenient.
Overall, I felt that I was not properly informed or oriented to the property, which negatively impacted my experience. Basic guest information — especially regarding amenities, hours, and additional charges or deposits — should be clearly communicated at check-in.
I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed and improved for future guests.
