The staff and service is great! The shower head needs repaired and the shower drain and door needs repaired. The AC did not work until maintenance repaired and then the heat did not come on. Room 431 needs attention.
On arrival, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the furniture in the common areas. This made for a bad first impression. This is unfortunate, because everything else was fine once we checked in. The hotel is not new or fancy, but it is clean, and the staff were very pleasant and professional. The hotel doesn't offer an airport shuttle, and the staff were not able to get us a cab to the airport at 8 AM on a Wednesday morning, but they were very accommodating, and one of the waiters from breakfast took us to the airport in a private car, without expecting any payment. Also, there is a very good restaurant available adjacent to the hotel. All things considered, we would stay there again.

The forth floor smelled like sewer my room smelled so bad i don’t know what was going on with that level it was so disgusting had never had an issue like this

Very clean and organized, staff was very friendly and the breakfast that was included war very good
I really enjoyed using their gym and their dining area and the breakfast and happy hour are really really good. The staff are delightful and I really enjoyed staying here. I will come back for sure.
I stayed at hotel 2 days and I really recommend it, complimentary breakfast was the best
The water in the shower never got hot! The breakfast setup was really good. They advertise free airport shuttle but don't say that it is not to San Diego and only tj airport
I arrived to what i consider to be the best hotel in TJ to rest at least 6 hours prior to my flight. The computer systems are slow and down with both Hamton Inn according to front desk. And Orbitz has not been able to resolve in my two calls. My bank was charged $120 and im in tge lobby, almost 2am- need to be at airport in about 4 hours- its a Mess!!!
The setting was very modern which reminded me of the US but No pool was the only downside
