The WIFI does not work, also HVAC system did not work. A TV guide would be helpful.

It was near down town and didn’t like u need to pay extra for me more people when it says fits 4 people

Parking is right next to your room and they have a security guard taking care of your car

Never booking again, not worth the money or time to stay here, found a cockroach inside roaming around

Nice hotel, very quiet, safe and convenient parking, within walking distance to Revolution Avenue, Mercado de Artisanios, good restaurants, etc.

Original room provided was smelly and dingy. After talking to the manager and paying a small upgrade fee, a much more adequate room was provided.

I booked 3 room, one of the 3 rooms was for one of our friends, who was flying from Cancun, I explained Humberto about this situation and told him to give the key to my friend, I left the key, room # and my friend's name. when I came back around 1 am, my friend was waiting outside -very upset-so I went to the front desk, and was another person and asked for the key, no communication between personnel . Free Internet, when they give you the password it a wrong one, so there is no way you can get connected .Need to fix that. There is mold on some showers .

Villa de Zaragoza is an older hotel with the perfect location for travelers who prefer a downtown hotel. Rooms are large, spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The price is comparable to motel 6 in the States. It is next door to Ricardos Restaurant, a 24 hr diner with very well-prepared food and friendly service. Park free in front of your room; 24 hr. guard. This is my default hotel for downtown Tijuana accommodation.

I stayed in the rooms furthest from the street, beyond the alley. The room was fine, but ... I turned on the A/C when I left for the evening. When I returned six hours later the room still was not cool. I asked the night staff about it. One person looked at the wall unit and stated that the weak, barely cool air flow was the best to be expected. The air flow was not cold enough or powerful enough to adequately cool the room. I slept comfortably with the window wide open. But if the weather had been warmer it would have been disappointing. I was in Tijuana for just one night. If I had stayed longer I would have asked to change rooms. I don't know whether the A/C is any better or worse in other rooms.

Good value for the money. No remote for TV. Have to operate manually. Clean, comfortable. Inn keeper will accommodate request for non smoking, quiet room.

this hotel was ok. the room was clean and staff was friendly. the daytime and evening front desk guys were friendly and helpful. the late night front desk guy looked kinda scary but was ok. did not let the cleaning lady clean my room but never had anything missing when ever i left the room to go sight seeing in tijuana. only bad thing is that most of the cab drivers did not seem to know where this hotel is located and took some time to find it. also the toilets are vey low to ground and small, not built for large travelers. free bottled water was a plus and used that for brushing my teeth.

The hotel wanted to charge $10 for each visitor to my room. They wouldn't stopped calling my room until I paid them over $50 for visitor fee. At check out, the clerk refused to refund a $12 deposit for tv & ac controls. Never had such terrible experience with any other hotels like Ticuan or Marriott. This is a rip-off shop with rundown facility. Avoid it!

We're so sorry to hear you found a bug in your room. We have monthly pest service and you should not have found anything in your room. We will definitely have our pest control service company come back and treat the rooms again to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We aren't sure what happened with the key, but have spoken to the front desk about the importance of passing things on. We are currently going through a full renovation and hope you give us another chance in the future.
