Since we were staying eight days, it was important to find a place that had space to stretch out and unwind at the end of busy days sightseeing. We appreciated the kitchen and livingroom, along with the rooftop patio that provided great views. Staff were gracious and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay at another ULIV property.

From check in to check out, everything was great. The staff (with the exception of a guy who took us to collect our luggage from a storage area) was top notch and welcoming. We really enjoyed the lively vibe and genuine hospitality. We had a couple small issues (toilet was clogged when we arrived and had trouble getting fresh towels) but wasn’t enough to lower our overall satisfaction. You can’t travel without any bumps. Location, accommodations, and service we are awesome.

I had a lovely day. It was small. It was intimate. It was private. If you’re looking for a resort, this is not your place. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat, this is the perfect place for you to be. You could stay in or you can go out. The neighborhood is cool. It was always bustling. There was a little bit of street noise. But I think we all know how to handle that at this time in history.

Very pleased we chose this place for our first trip to Mexico. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent. Many good and varied food options within walking distance. Bed was extremely comfortable but pillows weren’t the best. Appreciated the filtered water option at the sink.

The property is on a very busy intersection so there is alot going on in terms of traffic. We were on the 10 th floor so had a great view of the sunrise and could easily get to the rooftop for beautiful views around the city. Many restaurants nearby. Great grocery store nearby so that you can prepare a meal or two. Extremely helpful concierge. Very handy laundry. Would have liked a couple more coffee pods or information as to where to buy more! Check in and check out made easy, though this was a New experience for us, with check in essentially online with instructions and passcode. what we had was a one bedroom apartment. Very noisy on a Friday night but less so as weekend progressed.

Great spot for a few days

Lovely spot for a few days in Mexico City. Rooms are nice, gym was well-equipped and I appreciated having WiFi throughout the building. Karol, Liz, Javi and Isa at the front desk were fantastic throughout my stay!

The place is nice but it is more suitable for a younger crowd. The first night there was a party and the music was so loud till 2-3 am. Also there is only one window in the bedroom and no window in the living area and kitchen. As a result, when other units cooked they left their door open to let the smell out and everyone's unit smelled like what they cooked. Also, the bathroom light was more like ambiance light and you couldn't see to put makeup or shave. The doors were also poorly situated. If you spend the closet door you blocked the restroom and if you open the bedroom door, it blocked the bedside table. The whole set up was a bit off. On the other hand, the staff was great, kind and helpful.
