the quality of the furniture of the rooms is nor good, they look old and dirty the hotel is beautiful, but it needs better cleanness the inside swimming pool is a great idea, but the temperature of the water is cold. the gym is great, I enjoy it.

Great hotel close to Mex airport on T1. It has great restaurants inside and has easy access to train to T2.

Stayed in a junior suites you have concierge checkin on your floor access to executive club for breakfast and complementary snacks. Beautiful views but get on the quiet side because it can be noisy.

It was after 9 pm and it took us almost one hour to check in. There were only three employees at the front desk checking people in and the line kept growing and growing and several other staff were hovering over the employees checking people in completely oblivious and unwilling to help their colleagues. When my turn came, I complained to the lady checking me in and she was not interested in hearing me out - her attitude was "that's the way it is." At one point I counted 20 people in line. My 11 year old fell asleep in a chair. Very disappointing.

Limpio y cómodo, además que está conectado con el aeropuerto, lo cuál lo hace fácil de llegar.

In general, our experience was good, but the arrival to the hotel was rather disappointing. We arrived exhausted after a long flight to wait 40 minutes in line for our check in. About 20 to 30 people were waiting in the check-in line the whole time we were there. It never got any shorter because there were only two people at the front desk at a time when it was obvious that they needed 5 or 6. The lobby was jam packed. To our surprise, the bellboy told us that they were all people with reservations. In other words, this was not an unexpected event (a flight cancellation, for example).

I´ve stayed at numerous CDMX airport hotels over the years. If you need to be at the airport itself, rather than a van ride away, this is the best for the bucks. A causeway connects to Terminal One and there is a concierge on the ground floor of Terminal 2 with comfy chairs and coffee where you can wait for a shuttle ride to the hotel (no need to navigate the train between terminals). The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating and the room was quiet and comfortable. Excellent internet. Bathtub! Easy shuttle back to Terminal Two in the morning. As always, allow plenty of time to make your flight. Watch for discounts. No need to pay full price.

Excelente service, Will continue to use this hotel next time I travel to México

We enjoyed our stay Camino Reel after we missed our flight to Houston. Nice hotel all-around. Unfortunately, our A/C in our room was working. They had a guy come and try to fix it but it didn't work. They gave us the option to switch rooms, but it was already very late, not too hot outside, and we were only going to get 5 hours of sleep.

Mexico City this hotel was for our overnight layover in Mexico City. It is connected to the airport. You can take the sky bridge to it from the airport. Easily. Had a nice facilities for eating the restaurants are open from 5 AM until past midnight 1 AM. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Across the street from the airport through a covered walkway, could not be more convenient for an overnight.

Check in rapido, ubicacion muy conveniente Personal muy amable

Beautiful hotel with great restaurants and comfortable beds. We could relax knowing we we were able to walk to our airport terminal and didn't have to worry about traffic. My only feedback would be for the front desk to have personal care items on hand for guests after the gift shop closes.

Arrived after midnight, front desk was staffed and quick check in. beautiful sitting area and lobby. We walked thru walkway to hotel from airport. Room was clean, and comfortable. The room was decorated beautifully. We were able to adjust the temperature of the room easily. Breakfast buff yet was good. Check out was easy & fast.

Staff very good service. Hotel is confortable, every time I have to go Mexico stop there, is always clean, the only I don't like is the restaurant, food is not good, is big manu will be better if they make small menu but good, the plates are to big the should explains that.

Terminal 2 is a courtesy bus ride about every 20 minutes. Go to their 'oficina' and they'll take you to the hotel bus. Hotel is clean quiet and great service.

Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean and spotless. Although I think hotel need a mejor renovation, it's very comfortable very convenient for its proximity to airport and major public transportation. There's no much to do in the area.

This hotel is all about its location, right off the airport. Rooms are comfortable enough although nothing fancy. Perfect for a long layover but not particularly inviting for a longer stay.

The room was small and the access was very unconvenient

Good place to stay anytime clean and good service real good food just a bit pricey
