Seat didn't recline, back of seat tv didn't work, wifi was weak & food options were pathetic. 3rd trip with JetBlue this month,,,chip orly option for food just sucks. I'm NOT going to pay $9 for a sandwich. How about serving a bagel with cream cheese????
