The attendees at the Main Customer Service desk were great! Early morning flight but they had the best attitudes and were quick. I believe the lady’s name was Carol but I did not get the gentlemen next to her.

Jan 4, 2020

The flight attendant helped many people to move the carry-on off the aisle to speed up getting off the plane. Good pilot who explained about the delay in a clear and concise way. Very smooth landing.
