I am ALWAYS Completely Satisfied with American Airlines. They are my Preferred choice of flight, and have NEVER disappointed me, in over the 20 years of me flying.
Great service on American today. Thanks.
Arrived on time. Was great.
Plane was entirely too cold
Flight attendants were friendly and helpful!
Did not expect such a small plane to Charlotte!
The food that I got is biscuits cause it is a short distance trip. Didn’t use wi-fi, no entertainment, the staff in BWI were nice.
Service was excellent
