Flights Review

Feb 12, 2020

All was good EXCEPT the flight crew took my baggage at the gate....turns out there was room in the bins😟

Jan 26, 2020

No everything was fine

Jan 12, 2020

I love flying with American! With how much I fly I’ve flown most companies and this company far exceeds all others!

Jan 9, 2020

Flight overall good. Smaller regional jet and plane was full/crowded. Carry-on bag had to be gate-checked due to lack of space, but was available promptly on arrival. Be prepared for a long walk from domestic arrival gate to international departures area, but CLT has many moving walkways to help the process and allow older travelers some rest, or in my case to speed-up the process. Routes are well marked. Lufthansa staff at departure gate helpful and efficient.

Open seating.

Dec 13, 2019

Liked the leather chairs

Oct 18, 2019

Seats too dmall

Aug 31, 2019

My only complaint is it was very cold on the plane.

Aug 28, 2019

No seat power in the flight. Late flight had only a few people in the entire plane, so we each had a row to ourselves.

Aug 18, 2019

Pet peeves: board from the back of the plane to the front; The pilot effectively communicated flight status during delay - promising updates at various intervals and following through on those promises. 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻 Emojis aside, that was very professional and respectful of his passengers.
