Flights Review

Feb 12, 2020

Big improvement over inbound flight!

Oct 7, 2019

Baggage got lost, was told 4 different things, including driving 2 hours to pick up bag.

Jun 1, 2019

Very tight seating

May 22, 2019

Stewardess in 1st class was very pleasant and professional.

Feb 7, 2019

Very nice staff!!

Feb 2, 2019

American airlines really could improve their online check-in process. It is difficult to find the record locator and check in to your flight. On Southwest airlines, for example, the check-in process is completed with one click.

I’ve learned a new trick. No one has to pay for luggage as long as you get to your gate. Everyone offers free baggage check and I find that exasperating because I had to pay for mine in advance. Totally not fair!

Dec 12, 2018

Great flight but small seats.

Dec 5, 2018

Smooth process, efficient staff, friendly personnel. Thank you!

Sep 24, 2018

Space is getting smaller and smaller. On first flight, seat padding was flat, making you sit with your upper body in the shape of a C-my back was aching by the end of the flight. On second flight, seats were newer and padding was better, and head rests did not force your head forward.
