Sep 21, 2018

Orbitz did not offer me the opportunity to purchase a seat on my flight, therefore I ended up in a middle seat. On my return I will go directly to westjet to purchase a seat. Extra work for me.

Jun 4, 2018

While most customers got free bag check by taking it to the gate, I paid for mine at check in. Causes a lot of delays when checking bags while trying to board the aircraft and if one should pay to check a bag, so should all! Or the airline should go back to the standard first bag free!

Wished i could have gotten free upgrade or dree checked baggage allowance
